Eddie C, who has played for Your Sunday Best almost every year since we started 11 years ago, could well be described as one of the Slo Mo/ Edits/ Disco scene’s heaviest hitters. A truly prolific and talented producer responsible for a massive catalog of original EPs, LPs, singles and countless remixes. Having graced labels like Jiscomusic, Endless Flight, Crue-L, Sleazy Beats, Wolf Music, 7 Inches of Love & Home Taping, and his own imprint Red Motorbike, with his deep, lush and beautiful grooves, C is constantly name checked by every major player this end of the underground. The fact is, the guy hardly needs an introduction. Joining us on the decks for our season closer, we have Continental Drift label boss Conoley Ospovat, who’s recent release on his own imprint “Double Rainbow” features a killer remix by Eddie C! We are stoked to have both of these guys on the bill right on the heels of their recent collaboration. Gazin: Starting at a young age, Gazin has excelled in deep house music representing all house scenes across Seoul, South Korea and currently in Portland, Oregon. Her set will give you comfort, happiness, and love. Time flies when you’re having fun 🧡 It’s been a busy year at Process, and with the beginning of fall marking our half-birthday, we thought we’d (finally) share some highlights from our 1-year anniversary party that took place in April. We’d like to thank our incredible team of sound and lighting technicians, bar staff, security, and harm reduction crew for keeping our dance floor safe, welcoming, and sounding incredible every week. And a massive thank you to all of the DJs, dancers, and community at large who make this club so special. We love ya’ll, and look forward to many more years of shared memories and collective healing through dance and sound 🪩

It’s been 6 months of living in Portland. 6 months of questions; of why, of who, of what, of where. Of uncertainty that is defined by direction; of forward movement, of growth and expansion. Of walks that look so different, but feel like a welcome warm hug. 6 months of gratitude; for hands outstretched, for open doors and minds, for conversations and meals and drinks and swims and invitations to come together, again and again. 6 months of exploration. Of being in awe of nature. In awe of community. In awe of partnership. In awe of difference. In awe of life. The hardest part of changing your life is that you actually have to change. You. Not where you are, or who you are with, but YOU. The way you structure your time and interact with others. The way you think and sit with your thoughts. I’m very thankful for the partnership I have with @r_a_l_l_y_.ogg and the camaraderie in this change of both of our lives. And I’m forever in debt to the beautiful people of Portland who have made our journey easier, by giving me the courage to change myself through new perspective and trust. Too many people to tag. Tldr; I’m pretty happy here.

Summer madness is winding down, but we’ve still got some heat for you! For those of you who’ve been following YSB for a while, you know to expect an annual visit from the 🐐Eddie C. Eddie has been wrecking Portland dance floors at YSB and BYM for well over a decade now, and is a well-established part of the fabric of our musical family here. Eddie is the kind of DJ that brings decades of experience as a label head and party-rocker to every gig, keeping one foot firmly in the foundation of history, and one in the spirit of the current moment. Always fresh and funky and electric, Eddie’s annual set is something we look forward to all year long. Join us for a sweet farewell to patio season with a true maestro! We are also thrilled to invite our darling Alexi to the stage for his YSB debut. He’s got something very special in store to keep things spicy before handing it over to Eddie 🥵 As always, residents Andy Warren, Peter Sheppard, Cee Blanco, and Ginkgo will get things moving for the first few hours.
