This October I’m taking a small group to @masseriapotenti in Puglia for seven nights.

One of my clients messaged me the morning after a session and said she slept so well, and her stress level on her Oura ring was three times lower than normal, which is very unheard of for her.

Every morning we practise yoga and meditation with @alignwithrainbow.
In the afternoons we get our hands in the soil with @robertmanngarden.
Energy workshop, harvesting, cooking, the vineyard, the sea.

5 to 12 October. A small group of us, because we want to keep it intimate.

“Si les ingrédients sont bons, la cuisine c’est que de la découpe.” My mother-in-law’s words, translated: if the ingredients are good enough, you don’t need to cook them. When we were thinking about what to plant for our first season, we wanted to be extremely intentional, planting with the table in mind and choosing things with a surprise and delight factor that could live on their own. Cherry tomatoes were just that. They’re the first thing gone at apéro, picked straight off the vine by the kids before they even make it inside, and if a few do reach the kitchen they just get tossed into a salad. #sebastopol #sonomacounty #regenerativefarming #apero

Finally made it down to Devon to visit New Wood Trees.
A place that's been on our radar for a long time and it was so worth it.

An incredible selection of Multi-Stemmed trees and a great team! Thank you @caleb for taking the time to show us around.

Winter is the perfect time to select trees for your projects:

- Field grown trees are only lifted during their dormant period from December - Feb

- It's the best time to study the form of a tree - to see the bones and structure without the distraction from foliage or pretty flowers.

- There is less shock to the tree and specifically the roots if the tree is installed before the growing season starts.

Cant wait to see these beauties in their new home.

Here’s Robert. He was with Catherine in the Flower Garden last Saturday, doing some extra work before this weekend’s session – pruning the last olive tree, and the climbing roses on the pergola.

This Sunday, December 14th, will be the last VOLUNTEER GARDENING session for 2025.

Cat and Marietta will be in the Flower Garden between noon and 4pm, with gloves and tools – and especially for the festive season, some mince pies! We may even do some bulb planting ... and are looking forward to seeing you on Sunday.

The Friends of Kennington Park say a big thank you to everyone who has helped in the park during the year – we wish you all the best for the festive season.

Monthly sessions will start again in February.
