Show day weight was 207. 4 weeks later I sit at 230. Every post show “rebound” is different and we have to take it day by day. Energy, hunger, look, what type weight are we gaining…. Etc. this year my body gained quickly and effectively. I’m at 230 and still lean. Don’t look at quads, this was post leg day. lol. Gonna sit here and reset before I start my growth phase. Guess we will see what happens 🤷🏼‍♂️💪🏼 Happy Monday #bodybuilding #growthmindset #mealprep #leanbulk #fitness

Last big chest day for my guys. Yes that’s me in first one 😉We will get some lighter work in and pumps but this was last heavy day before @ifbbnpc_heartoftexas I am excited to get them on stage and showcase them. Also @gracieofcourse (not shown) first show competing in fit model. 9/19 gonna be a great day!
