Good people, good food, good music, and a great cause! 🏃‍♀️🍴🎶 Great turn out!! Mayor Andrew Knack even showed up 😀 Thanks to the Mayor and all the sponsors for supporting Run N Munch

Whether it’s showing up for my daughter, my son-in-law, or the rest of the fam, I’m always happy to give my time and support to something meaningful especially when it brings together love for good food, health, and fitness!

I’m so proud of Macky, Charles, Robin, and Jed- the founders of Run N Munch- bringing their vision to life. It is a wonderful initiative that brings people together through fitness, food, and community. When in season, they head out for a short run every Sunday followed by a well-deserved munch at a local cafe or restaurant. What a great way to stay active, support local businesses, and build connections! ❤️

It was such a pleasure to be part of Run N Rave! The music brought out my inner child as I was quite involved in the rave scene back in my day 🙊 🙃 and reminded me how much fun it is to let loose, enjoy the moment, and connect with others through music and movement 🎧 My choice of song for this post is an old 90s rave song that I used to listen to #ifykyk🤪

You’ll see me again at the next event! Whether you need a little first aid TLC for a sprained ankle or just a Band-Aid 🩹 Nurse Jean will be happy to help. And you will see me cleaning up after all your mess 🧹😆 I’ll be joining you on the run too even though I hate running 🏃‍♀️💪

Come join us at the next Run N Rave! Or who knows might be called something else. This will be a biannual event so let’s keep the energy, community spirit, and good vibes going! Here’s to moving together, eating well, dancing freely, and making meaningful connections. See you at the next one! 🥂❤️

From childhood enemies to one of my closest confidant. Ive been waiting to post this because this meant so much to me. I just want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my dearest sister.

Thank you for being the strongest rock for me and Dad since Mom left. The way you’ve taken responsiblity with everything especially with Dad when Im not around, I will always be grateful for.

This dance with you was one of my most memorable moments because I know you will always have my back and especially because we definitely felt moms presence in that moment.

I am so proud of the woman you’ve become, we are proud of you. Mom is proud of you. We love you so much.
