What a morning! 🌞🧘‍♀️

A rooftop full of Pilates lovers, mountain views and the best energy! 💚

A huge thank you to @theclub.pilates for hosting such a beautiful morning, and to everyone who joined us. You guys are AMAZING! 🫶

We were fully booked before we could even properly shout about it, and we couldn't have asked for a better crew to spend our Saturday with.

A little movement, a little sunshine and a whole lot of great company!

Here's to many more mornings like these with our FlexPass community! 💚

Been such an amazing last two weeks, and how lucky am I that this is the life I am building for myself.

@robs.henderson and I tried an Acro Yoga class led by @acro_capetown and it ended up in us screaming for about an hour and a half straight 😅 this was so much fun, no we just need to practice 😉

A peak into the magical meet-up…

We can’t wait to do it again next month - if you’d like to be first in line with all the details once they’re released - comment “YES PLEASE!” in the comments below.

This time around Allan Pedersen all the way from Denmark had us so amused with his incredible flow techniques. We’re so happy to announce his upcoming 2 day workshop in March - an opportunity to learn directly from the maestro of Flow.

WHERE: Amani House @amani.house.sa , Hout Bay Cape Town
WHEN: 7 - 8 March 2026
TIME: 10am to 5pm
BOOK: Quicket

Thank you once again to @light_house_holistic for having us in your beautiful space. Thank you to @twoinabushrooiboscordial @hotovenmarketing for the delicious drinks. A massive thank you to each and every being, present together 🤍
