Don't hate, appreciate. PRI breathing techniques introduced to me by @robtrainsystems and his partner Bill Hartman. Since that intro always start my session with a 10 minute breathing reset. Yo, Mike and Bill that's an 11" balloon not a 9" too many blow
outs! 😆 #gamechanger #onthatgetright #embracetheprocess #workinprogress #elephantflow #tiersystemstrengthtraining #chalkupson #knucklesson #doublehashtaggregolsen #williamsbrice #wordswin

A little something, something from one of my #gotoguys @bmarcello13 Dr. Brandon Marcello. This is from Part 2 of my Periodization presentations from #EADS15 with my partner @robtrainsystems. Stay tuned for a few more nuggets. We coined a new term at #EADS15 #intermixedperiodization. A hybrid model of Periodization of Strength. Spread the word. Just a quick note. Most of us have always been a hybrid model, we just may have not known it. #wordswin #embracetheprocess #workinprogress #tiersystemstrengthtraining #trendsetting
