Taking it back to this incredible Pom routine from Rochester High School. 🔥

The perfect blend of athleticism, sharp execution, seamless transitions, and BIG visual impact. This team knew exactly how to fill the floor and make every moment count.

We’re already looking forward to seeing what Rochester brings to the regional floor this season. 👀

What a game! What a night!
A jam-packed crowd filled the arena for our State of the City Address this week. Joined by the Stoney Creek Marching Band, the Stoney Creek State Champion Cheerleaders, and the Rochester High School National Champion Dance Team, our “Big Game” was an amazing celebration of Rochester Hills’ success and national recognition!
I am so proud to coach this incredible team and want to thank everyone who helped make this one of our best events ever. The energy inside the arena and the immense community pride in the crowd were absolutely unmatched!
I love this city, and I know that even with all our national success... our best seasons are still ahead of us!

✨ POV: You host an exchange student…

You think it’s just gonna be like…
“cool, someone staying with us for a bit”

But nah

Now you’ve got someone in your house
who turns random days into actual fun
who’s down for late-night talks, random drives, and trying new stuff

You go from
“this might be mid…”

to

“wait… why are we actually having the best time??” 😭

No joke hosting has you locked in on real life again

Less brain rot
More laughing
More doing stuff that actually matters

And somehow…
this person you didn’t even know before
is now part of your everyday life

That kind of connection??
Yeah… that’s cracked

Then they leave and you’re like—

“why is my house so quiet…”

Cue the emotional damage + a little bed rot moment not gonna lie 💀

But fr how often do you get the chance to meet someone from across the world
and become that close that fast??

That’s not mid.
That’s rare.

💯 Aura points go up when you host

You’re not just doing something cool
you’re building something real

💬 Thinking about hosting?
Don’t gatekeep that kind of experience from yourself

Go touch grass, live a little,
and bring the world into your home 🌍💙
