POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to live far from ourselves. Always doing. Always holding space for everyone else. Always one step ahead of what the body is trying to say.

Return isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming back — to your breath, to the land, to the wisdom your ancestors carried so you could carry it forward.

This February, Rocio and I will hold a circle of no more than 12 women in the jungle of Tulum. Five days of ceremony, temazcal, bodywork and rest at Casa Arkaana — with real preparation before and integration after.

We’ll share the full journey soon. If something in you leans in as you read this, send me a DM with the word RETURN, or tell me what returning would mean for you. I read every message.

When you spend so much energy getting it all done, it can be hard to hear what you need for your heart, mind and soul.

We’re creating space for that.

The Return is six days in the jungle to slow down, receive care, and reconnect with yourself alongside other women. Through movement, ceremony, bodywork, shared clean meals, and time in nature, we’ll make room for whatever you’re bringing.

You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out.

I want to be honest with you about why The Return is small. A circle of twelve women is not a marketing number. It is the size where every woman can be seen, where Rocio and I can truly know each of you, and where the container stays safe enough for ceremony.

This is also why every woman begins with a personal conversation with us. It is not a test. It is how we make sure this is right for you, and that we can hold you well. Feb 21–26, 2027, Casa Arkaana, Tulum, with payment in up to 4 parts. Hi dear sister, people often ask me why it matters who is holding the space. For me it is everything. These songs, medicines and rituals were not born to be sold as a getaway. They belong to peoples, lands and lineages, many of them colonized and silenced. Rocio and I come to this work as daughters of these lands, carrying our grandmothers with us, and with deep respect for the land of Tulum and its people.

The Return is held by women of color, with preparation before, integration after, and consent at every step. Feb 21–26, 2027, at Casa Arkaana. Some journeys are not a getaway… they are a return.

The Return is five days in the jungle of Tulum with my dear sister Rocio, for women who feel the call to come back to their roots, their body and their own voice. Plant medicine ceremonies, temazcal, sound, the sea and the cenotes, all held with deep preparation and integration, before and after.

We hold this circle for only 12 women, and our early bird is already sold out.

If you feel the call, book a free conversation through the link in my bio, or send me a message. I would truly love to hear from you.

When Karla shared these words, I was deeply moved. When we spoke, I told her how much of her reflection I recognized in my own experience. I was there as a facilitator, but that retreat opened doors in me, too. Different details, different journeys, yet so much of what she described felt familiar.

The years of work we bring to a space become palpable in how we listen, how we hold ourselves, and how we care for what unfolds. There is room for laughter, beauty and lightness, alongside the depth and responsibility of tending a space like this.

Ana and I brought our intention and preparation. We were also touched and changed by what we shared with the women who joined us.

Karla’s reflection inspired me to go live soon and speak more personally about that experience: what it opened in me, what shifted, and what I continue to carry.

Thank you, Karla, for putting words to something that still lives within us.

When was the last time you could hear yourself without something asking for your attention?

We’re making room for those moments. To float. To feel the earth beneath your feet. To be in the company of women without needing to hold everything together.

The Return is an invitation to slow down and listen to what rises when you have space.

This is Casa Arkaana — the land that holds The Return.

Not a resort. Not a backdrop for photos. A place chosen because it can actually hold what we do there: two plant medicine ceremonies, a Temazcal, daily movement, real rest, and a circle of women small enough that every voice is seen.

Twelve women, max. That's not a marketing number — it's the size a container can hold and still feel sacred.

Feb 21–26, 2027. If you've felt the pull to return to yourself in sisterhood and ceremony, reply here or send a DM — I'll tell you more.

You can get a lot done without ever checking in with yourself.

And when you finally have a quiet moment, you realize how much has been waiting for your attention.

The Return is an invitation to make that time. Six days with other women, with space to rest, move, reflect, and listen to what’s been coming up for you.

What five days in Tulum actually holds: Two sacred plant medicine ceremonies, Sound therapy and daily yoga, a Temazcal sweat lodge ceremony, three restorative, locally sourced meals daily, beautiful and extremely comfortable accommodation in the heart of jungle canopy at Casa Arkaana, cenote and beach excursions, preparation and integration and more...
This isn't a retreat you attend and then figure our alone, preparation and integration are part of the container, nor and afterthought.
Early Bird Spots have sold out in less than a week. Questions? Drop them bellow or DM me.
