Confidence is such a beautiful thing. ✨

Step into the light and own it.

Believe in yourself.
Trust the flow and let yourself shine. 💖

Not just in this moment,
but in every moment of my life.

I’ve always been the main character. 💅

Just like that, my first season comes to an end.

1 year into bodybuilding, 3 shows in 7 weeks.

Sep 6 - Open Regional 🇮🇪
Oct 11 - Natural Pro Qualifier 🇵🇱
Oct 17 - Open Pro Qualifier 🇬🇧

Each show brought a completely different experience, and with every show, I could see myself getting better and better.

I started this journey simply wanting to experience something different and enjoy the process, without any specific goals or expectations. Yet, I walked away with the best look and the strongest version of myself I’ve ever had. 💙❤️

First and foremost, my deepest gratitude goes to my coach @nate_teamdomin8 . Without your expertise, patience, and belief in me, I would never have achieved what I have today. You are truly one of the most important mentors in my life. 🤎💪

To my posing coach @marniefit @rockitposing , thank you for every adjustment and every detail that helped bring the complete, shining version of me under the spotlight. 🪩✨

To my dearest friends, thank you for your support and encouragement. 💛

I am also glad to have met so many like-minded competitors along the way. Each of them reminded me what genuine passion looks like. 💖

And a special thank you to @fitmodel_news for recognising my potential and believing in me. 💜

Last but certainly not least, I owe a heartfelt thank you to myself. 🤍

To the version of me who had the courage to begin this journey and showed up with relentless discipline, unwavering commitment, and absolute dedication from start to finish.

I am unapologetically proud of myself.
I wholeheartedly embrace every beautiful moment, every act of kindness, every word of encouragement, and every bit of support I have received along the way.

Because I deserve it.❣️

So, what’s next?
When’s the next season?
Or… will I compete again?

The answer is: I don’t know.

I guess only time will tell.
For now, I’ll leave that decision to my future self.🧚‍♀️💝

@autumnt.fit OVERALL BIKINI WINNER AT THE MID ATLANTIC SHOW 🏆

An absolutely beautiful Bikini shape and a well deserved overall win for Autumn!

So much work has gone into building this physique over the last couple of years, continually developing her shape, bringing up the areas we needed and creating the best version of her yet

I knew the potential Autumn had when we first started working together, and it’s been incredible to see that potential continue to unfold

To take the overall win in this line up as a natural athlete makes this achievement even more special!

There is still so much more to come from Autumn, and I’m incredibly excited for what we can achieve together in the future

Very, very proud!

First pro qualifier in the bag🎯
.
🥈Bikini masters over 35
Unfortunately no placing in my open class. While I’m gutted it’s also shown me how much I want it. How passionate I am about this sport and how far I want to go with it🚀
It was my first season of competing in bodybuilding and I was up on stage with seasoned veterans!

Longer post when I’ve ate and slept!

proud of the girl who kept showing up. you absolutely CAN do hard things 🥹

posing was NEVER something that came naturally to me. It was honestly one of the biggest things I worried about throughout my prep, but I can’t thank @marniefit enough for the part she’s played in my journey so far… more to come🙈

I mean she is giving confidence! 🥹
Love being back home and in my happy place 🥰💪🏽
The airport security took my food away from me yesterday, so feeling tight today is the one win of having 8 hrs hungry on a plane, my digestive system is a very delicate ecosystem and I can’t risk having 3 days inflamed and bloated from food my body just cannot process - best believe I had the biggest bowl of COR when we got home!
