It may be Spooky Season, but nothing scares us more than our Instructor starting the class by saying 'this is going to be fun' 😰👻

The most perfect start to my all time favourite season 🎃 🍁🪵

Last year the business was growing fast but without the right systems in place - I am not a big fan of the whole 'burnout' label - but I was utterly exhausted. As a result I went through all the motions of Halloween, Autumn, Christmas but I honestly felt dead inside...which is not like me at all

I feel this year has helped me find a tiny bit more balance as a business owner, but I am very determined to protect both my boundaries and time this year, so I feel the magic of my favourite season, after all, life is short, the kids are growing up so quickly, and I don't want to look back and only remember working

So here is to the magic of this beautiful time of year ✨

A calm space to switch off, move your body and take 50 minutes for yourself. Think warm tones, small classes, good energy and a little escape from the outside world.

But don’t let the calm fool you… expect strong flows, shaking muscles and plenty of burn along the way🤍

Your Monday evenings just got better…

✨ 18:30 — Sculpt Beginner · 50 mins · Cara
✨ 19:30 — Sculpt Intermediate · 50 mins · Cara

And if you’re looking for a midweek burn, we’ve also added Glutes & Abs with Georgia every Wednesday at 5:30pm🔥

So whether you’re easing into the week or ready to feel the burn, we’ve got your evening plans sorted.

Wow, what a stunning September 🥹🍂🤎✨

How do we even begin to sum this one up?

A month of movement, community, collaborations, new beginnings and some very special moments for elethea 🤎

We opened the doors to @ultrabyelethea in North Leeds, launching a completely new way to train and watching our first 50 introductory packages sell out in just two days

We launched two new class concepts Power & Hot HIIT 💪🏼

We welcomed Beyond the Cue with @thereformerscientist to Wakefield for an instructor workshop and continued investing in the incredible team behind our studios.

We took Pilates to the pumpkin fields at @farmercopleys 🎃

We brought @hot_unbothered to Hull, Leeds and Halifax 🔥

We spent the most beautiful Sunday morning with @victorialeeds_ , moving underneath that incredible stained-glass ceiling before Le Labo scent discovery, gifting from The White Company and Lisa Angel, and brunch at The Cut & Craft.

We joined Brown Shipley at Grantley Hall for their Beyond Value event, where movement became part of a much bigger conversation around wealth, wellbeing and what it really means to live well

And somewhere amongst all of that, we found out that elethea has been named a finalist in the Yorkshire Post Business Awards 2026 🥹

Seven spaces. A team of more than 70. Thousands of you moving with us every month. And a calendar that increasingly takes elethea far beyond the four walls of our studios

September felt like everything we mean when we talk about Social Wellness

Movement. Connection. Experiences. Community.

Thank you to every single person who booked a class, came to an event, collaborated with us, taught for us, supported us, shared us or simply told someone about us this month.

What a September.

October let's go 🤎✨

FLOW STATE ✨

That feeling when, for 45 minutes, everything else goes quiet

No emails, to-do list, thinking about what happened earlier or what needs doing later. Just you, your body, your breath and the next movement

That’s flow state, a state of complete focus where you become fully immersed in what you’re doing

And it’s something we intentionally create in our Pilates classes. Through continuous movement, precise cueing, breath, concentration and just the right level of challenge, we keep your mind connected to your body from start to finish

It’s why you can walk into class with a head full of noise and leave 45 minutes later feeling completely different

Pilates trains your body but sometimes, the greatest benefit is simply 45 minutes where your mind gets to be still 🤎

PILATES, PUMPKINS & LUSH 🎃🫧

WAKEFIELD...we're bringing you the ultimate Halloween afternoon in collaboration with @lush

Saturday 24th October | 12:15pm

You’ll then be guided by the Lush team as you make two Halloween bath bombs: Punkin Pumpkin + Monster Scare Bear, ready to take home with you 🎃

And because it wouldn’t be Lush without a few treats, everyone attending will also receive Lush samples + a 10% off voucher to use in store 🖤

Reformer Pilates. Halloween bath bomb making. Lush goodies. The perfect October Saturday

Tickets are live NOW in the elethea app under STORE.

Spaces are very limited - grab yours before they disappear 👻

THE BEST! 🖤

One of the biggest differences between Reformer and Ultra...That post class high

The rush of endorphins. The huge sense of achievement. That I actually just did that feeling 💪🏼

You walk out feeling stronger, energised and ridiculously proud of yourself and , that feeling stays with you long after class is over

Come for the workout. Get addicted to the feeling after 🖤

You’ll spend the whole class wondering what happens when the lights go red

Then you’ll find out 🖤

45 minutes, slow work, fast transitions, one final push that asks for everything you’ve got

There’s nothing quite like Ultra

Book your first class and come find out for yourself 🖤
