Doesn’t matter how much time pass, I’ll always miss my Big Bro. It hasn’t been easy with all the BS happening in this world, but we’re still here, waking up each and every day. For a little while I’ve lost purpose. But remembering that Hans’s mentality was, “Improve ALL your passions,” I realized that my depression made me forget about what mattered to me most. On top of that, someone I admired very much told me today that I belong in Hollywood. That meant a lot. Seeing everyone today was definitely needed. Was good to catch up, reminisce, and share current goals. 2022 will be a re-building phase as I’ve completely faltered. But I own every bit of it. Happy Birthday weekend, Brother Hans. 🥷🏽🙇🏾‍♂️ Improving my other passions and balancing my health is what I will do to honor you. Love you, Bro. #loopkicks #cbx #cali #martialarts #tricking #breakdancing #art #stunts #acting #film #fightperforming #dagrasshoppa #damantis

Tribute seminar for my Big Brother Hans. This was a great class involving Sport Karate Katas, Kicks, and Film Fighting led by LEGENDs, Carmichael Simon, @omega_gruv (Anthony Gooch), and @arnoldchon (Arnold Chon). I was feeling a whole range of emotions that day. My focus was all over. But at the very least, I’m able to take those moments as lessons for myself to work on. Despite anything, one must be razor sharp in focus, and ready at any moment. As for highlights, I landed my btwist-round, c720, 540, aerial, did some ground work, and I even attempted a round off into Arabian. No progress vids on those, but I will post some recent clips soon. I’m so proud because I haven’t been able to do those moves in years. Thankful to my training partners/lil brothers, @alan_silvatron and @brian_intho. Thanks the strength, Brother Hans. And thanks again to all of our instructors for coming out and passing on their knowledge. You are all deeply appreciated. 🙏🏼 #filmfighting #kicks #katas #martialarts #karate #fitness #selfdefense #muaythai #kickboxing #boxing #taekwondo #training #motivation #fight #blackbelt #sport #workout #mixedmartialarts #fighting #budo #grasshopper #prayingmantis
