17 nights away from home, 16 days straight of work is not for the faint of heart. But what we all end up saying onsite is “but I’m so glad I’m not stuck behind a desk somewhere”.

Two successful events! @expertsonlyfest and @theroommatesshow block party! Two weeks on Randall’s Island with so many versions of weather working with the best teams and people. Lots of hard work goes into events, and it makes it worth it to see people actually enjoying themselves and being in a moment of time, that hopefully they’ll carry with them for a while.

Giant THANK YOU to my operations teams for all their hard work on both events!! And to Kiri for always making sure we’re taken care. And to Mags for being my second brain, and always going with the flow and working through the craziness side by side with me. And thank you to @mediumrare for keeping me around to work all these crazy events. Truly one of the best teams in the business.

Now it’s time for some much needed rest 😴

Behind every unforgettable event is a crew most people never see.

From early mornings to late nights, it’s all about turning empty spaces into something thousands of people can experience. Grateful for the opportunity to be doing Site Ops in New York. One successful show at a time.

The results always make it worth it. #Rbsiteops #productionlife #relentlessbeats #sammyvirji #newyork

10 years ago, I took a chance on being relentless. That decision has given me a lifetime of memories, lessons, and some of the greatest friendships. 💕

It’s a reminder to be grateful - for everything I have, for the opportunities I’ve been given, and for the ones ahead. I could say I’m here because I worked hard, but without my parents, my grandparents, my great-grandparents, and those before them, I can’t say I’d be walking in the same shoes.

Special shout out to my family and friends for being my foundation - you know who you are ❤️ xo puro amor

“A reminder that our greatest blessings are the circumstances we are born into, including when and where we’re born. Our citizenship and place of residence is dumb luck or often, a reflection of our parents’ sacrifices, but a privilege nonetheless. It is a privilege we aren’t owed or guaranteed, it is one borrowed in this lifetime. Check yourself before you judge acts of desperation you are so lucky to know nothing about.”

@tapebbeats LIT UP @decadencearizona for 75 minutes of pure energy. 📼🔋

@relentlessbeats did an INCREDIBLE job making the New Year as special as possible. Quick entry, amazing security, top notch stage production, diverse lineup, added carnival-grounds, additional stages, AND CLEAN BATHROOMS. The Relentless Beats team continues putting themselves on the map as one of the country's most capable EDM Promoter. @thomasturneraz @rodreckless @wheres_koolss @a_childers_ @dylanarndtdoes BRAVO 👏
