What an EPIC day in London yesterday. Met some of my faves from the @helpbnk community. @jhmotiv @sparadise_massage and Louis. Then hung out with the confidently curious founder of @connectduk @roeisam

@Ideas_Fest: Exit Lounge was everything we could have asked for.

From the setup, the speakers, our MCs, the audience. So many conversations were had, so many laughs. A huge thank you to the Ideas Fest team for pulling off such a huge event for entrepreneurs.

Dare we say we'll be back? Event collage: Dominnique Karetsos looking thoughtful with tablet, Mike Cunningham in a navy shirt with "grow, raise, exit" slogan, and a laughing Andrew Hulbert.

Entrepreneurship can be lonely.

@ideas_fest is the opposite.

In a field at @champneysspas in Tring, @frankie_j4y and her team brought together experienced entrepreneurs, emerging founders, investors, creators and innovators - not just to talk business, but to connect, share and help each other.

So many friends and familiar faces.
So many new conversations.
So many people genuinely willing to share what they’ve learned.

I really enjoyed moderating “Thank You for Rejecting Me” with Zara Saleem and Omid Moallemi - a conversation that reframed rejection not as something to hide from, but something to learn from.

Rejection builds resilience.

It tests self-belief.

Sometimes the most powerful response to “no” is to listen, learn, adapt - and go prove what’s possible.

Ideas Fest is a unique opportunity to marinate in the energy of being around people who understand the highs, the lows and the reality of building something.

Sharing experiences. Making introductions. Opening doors. Genuinely wanting to help each other succeed.

That’s what entrepreneurial community should feel like.

Roll on next year 👏

WHAT A DAY 2 at @ideas_fest 🙌

More incredible entrepreneur speakers, unicorn pants, dancing, singing, breathwork, meditation.

Such an incredible second day over at our Exit Lounge stage, we kind of don’t want it to end.

@ideas_fest 2026 is happening right now…
but I couldn’t be there this year.

So here’s a throwback to last year…

When some of the UK’s top founders
heard my dream…

believed in it…

and helped me take one huge step closer. 🏁

One year later, I’m still chasing it…
and the dream is bigger than ever. 💛
