An ode to Piney River Ranch. My photos, and my Dad’s watercolor painting. A couple of weeks ago, I made my last trek out to @pineyriverranch for a photoshoot. I got there super early, and stayed late. I cried as I looked at this magnificent view, wondering if it would be the last time I was able to be out there. My kids haven’t made it to Piney yet, and I so hope they can one day. We hope for the best for Piney, but with it recently closing we have know idea who will buy it next, our wish is that whoever does allows the public to still visit. My dad is a water color artist. And I asked him if he would be willing to paint Piney for me, I sent him some of the pictures that I took. And he combined them with some of his own pictures and memories from the Ranch, and created this masterpiece. If you want to purchase a print of this beautiful Colorado gem, make sure to check out @roganswatercolours and go to his Etsy store. I have also linked this print in the reel. #pineyriverranch #coloradowatercolor #coloradoart #mountainwatercolor #vailcolorado
