What a peculiar life I have lived.
It’s mostly just come down to saying Yes to where I’ve found myself or what’s been in front of me. And with that, we’ve now come to round out the trilogy of professionally-filmed PNW Legends stunt videos. Please be sure to watch in high definition, sound on, and on a large screen if you can. (Can find it on Facebook or at YouTube by searching Adam Yaw and Kayla Jackson.)Pass it along! It is likely my last project as an “actively striving cheer athlete.” But then again, I’ve already been implying that for over a decade. Things are feeling final, however.

It’s been a pleasure helping train up @kaylajjacksonn for college and getting her more confident in the air. She is astonishing. I am thankful @triciabertsch thought to point her my way and for Kayla’s very supportive mother, Marjie for making this happen. I think @kaylaj.cheer and I operate on some similar frequencies so I shouldn’t be too surprised that we ended up in the same place. Unlike the flyers in the previous videos, Kayla is not near the end of her cheer career. She is just getting started. I know she will go on to do greater things; she already has. She is in good hands with @dustinhatersoff and @andthatsfineee at Navarro College.

Spotters don’t get enough recognition, and good ones can be hard to come by. Besides physical safety, they can help regulate the mood, pace, and plans in artful ways. @rolosapien is spotting not just in this video but also the original filmed long ago. He is a fellow UW Cheer alumni and one of my absolute best friends. A thanks is also owed to the other spotters who helped Kayla and I practice: @travismurdock14 @reasonc_ @keb_smith @gabe._.a3 @jaydenriley919 @katie_marianne_ and @alicia_wilcox

@marcus_doll filmed and edited this video. He poured himself into this project and really took ownership of his work. It helps to have a former cheerleader film for multiple reasons. It was cool having multiple cameras on us the whole time. Check out the other work he does with @dollweddingfilms

A big Thank you to @jessicanbos for letting us practice at @skyline.elite in Arlington. Sometimes a guy’s gotta remind the kids what’s up.

Thank you

Celebrating 50 classes with an absolute icon @jaclynsaito 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏!

Consistently slaying both yoga and Bootcamps. Yes, the gains are incredible. Yes, she goes hard in the paint. Yes, she’s always prepared. But more importantly, she’s an amazing gal and we love her here at @trufusionwashington !

Thanks Jac!

“Hello there
The angel from my nightmare
The shadow in the background of the morgue
The unsuspecting victim
Of darkness in the valley
We can live like Jack and Sally if we want
Where you can always find me
And we'll have Halloween on Christmas
And in the night, we'll wish this never ends
We'll wish this never ends”

The 12th annual Christmas photo from Rolando and Adam to the world.
Special thank you to the talented @worldof.dom

✨ If there is anything I’ve learned from this year, is that life is too freaking short to just be a spectator in it- YOU HAVE TO GO LIVE IT. What an amazing weekend with even more amazing people. There aren’t enough words to express the pure happiness felt at Tomorrowland. Memories that will last a lifetime. ✨

🍾💜 Excited for TML 2024 💜🍾
