A look back on my echo park rising career 😌 Every version of mackandgold is not possible without THEGOLD! Aka the incredible community of extremely talented friends I’ve had the honor of playing alongside over the years.

From @thesemitropic and the floor of @littlejoyla in 2019, @theechola in 2021, to the @stickyricela stage 2023/2024, and back to @thesemitropic last year 2025 and the birth of @systerofadownla at @theshortstopechopark ! ONE THING REMAINS THE SAME!!!! WE HAVE A BLAST!!!!

This Saturday I’m hitting back to back- @dadaechopark with a whole new gang of pals at 6pm and then Syster is burning it down at @thedouglas.la at 8:30!!! Hope to see you xxxxxx Hope I don’t end up in a neck brace again 🤗🤭

Words cannot DESCRIBE how amazing it was playing for all of you all at a spot as legendary as the Troubadour and we can’t thank all of you enough for coming out and enjoying the night with us! The energy and intensity of the room matched with our sound and antics like peanut butter and jelly and we’d love to and look forward to coming back with you all!! Huge thank you to @kelly_mcgarry_presents for having us out and thank you to the amazing crew at @thetroubadour for helping us out and making the show run smoothly! and shouts to all the other amazing bands that played that night!
