Thank you to @frame.rush for screening Proximity last night. The film was made back in 2020 under lockdown conditions and it was a privilege to finally experience it on the big screen with a full audience.

Today we bring you "Proximity" directed by Andrew Dawson & Roman Sheppard Dawson featured in the International Screening.

This UK-based, father and son duo explore what is intrinsic in our relationship with others in this meditative film inspired by poet David Whyte.

Having worked with names like Cunningham and co-created the Mime Theater Company, Andrew has led an exciting dance career. @inhalethespace
His son, Roman, is in a postgraduate course at Slade School of Fine Art and seeks to investigate the camera as a performer and an apparatus of capture. @romanshepdaw
Together, they've created a treat for the eyes. We can't wait for you to see it.

"Proximity" features in the International Screening come along at 6:30pm on Friday 12 May, tickets are on sale now!

‘Hungry for Mesh’ is 2022s Christmas collab by Maisie and Chloë (four years strong ppl!)

🌟Our dream is that’s we’ll make it to 80yrs of glittery card magic and have an epic exhibition of all cards spanning from 2019 onwards - watch this space! 🌟

We made many inky variations, topped with 3 glistening silver fish in gold, bronze and silver foil.🪲🪲🪲

This post reveals some of our process and one of our cards(featuring a couple of previous editions/years cards 👀) very happily situated on @romanshepdaw ‘s mantle piece 💖💖💖 Thank you for your photos! We appreciate any pics of our cards in their new homes, so please do send em our way 💕

As 2022 draws to a close we’d like to wish you very happy new year 🥳 bring on 2023 hunniezzzzzz!! We’ve got some very exciting projects coming up next year and we can’t wait to share them with you soon! 🔥🔥🔥
