He's back! 🎉 After a few years apart, we couldn't be more excited to welcome @christophermccain back to Icon Group! Originally joining Icon Group back in 2018, Chris quickly became a force to be reckoned with. He held the titles of Top Producer and Most Closed Transaction in both 2018 and 2020, which helped him climb straight to our Chairman's Club. He was also the Listing Agent of the Year in 2020 and achieved our Eagle's Club status in 2019. We are thrilled to be back in business with Chris and his team and look forward to being a part of their next chapter! Welcome home, Chris! 💜

Why I Chose Icon Real Estate Group

I’ve always believed in the importance of being a sponge—constantly absorbing knowledge and growing. The question is: Are we putting ourselves in the right environments to make that happen? That’s where Icon Group comes in. I chose to join Icon for three main reasons:

1. Following Leaders Worth Following
2. Leadership That Cares as Much as I Do
3. Endless Opportunities for Professional Growth

After being with Icon for over a year, I’ve gained all of that and more. It starts with our owners, Greg and Ronny. What initially drew me in was that these are two men whose character is just as admirable in their personal lives as it is in their professional achievements. More importantly, they prioritize people. The programs, initiatives, and ideas they develop always keep the client’s best interests at heart. In a world where profits often come first, finding leaders who genuinely value people is rare, and I knew these were the right partners for me.

But let’s be honest—this is still a business. My time with Icon has given me the opportunity to learn, grow, and evolve. The experience I’ve gained in just 12 months has had an impact far beyond what a single year typically offers. From coaching to classes, and collaborating to serve clients, I’m grateful to be part of a forward-focused brokerage that’s equipped me to help my clients reach their goals.

Ultimately, a brokerage is only as good as the success it helps its clients achieve. I’m proud to be a part of Icon Real Estate Group, and I look forward to delivering the 5-star experience that has made us one of the top-reviewed teams in the Pacific Northwest.

Our 2024 annual training seminar in Charleston, SC is in the books!🙌🏼🏡

I swear this city never gets old. We had a great time learning new ways to serve our clients and stay current on the shifting market.📚🤓

We also had a blast eating at new restaurants and singing our hearts out at the dueling piano bar! We always spend our last few hours at the beach which has now become an annual tradition. Love this team!!
