It’s been YEARS since I participated in a workout class..
And this morning was a brutal reminder of that 😅

But I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to be coached by a former athlete of mine! 💪🏼

Some of the most important and influential years of my life are the 6 years that I spent coaching 7th-12th grade athletes.
Those are the years that helped shape who I am today. And I am forever grateful for the experiences and the people that those years brought me. ❤️

And to see the amazing things those former athletes are doing, and the wonderful human beings they’ve become.. it warms my heart 🥰

I’ve said it before, but making meaningful connections is so crucial for our health.
(And so is exercise 😉)

Thank you, Lindsey, for filling up my cup this morning! And for simultaneously draining it with that workout 😂

If you’re in the SC area, be sure to hit her up for a workout! 🏋🏼‍♀️
