You know those people who are just automatic in their health and fitness? They pop out of bed, hit the gym, have meal prep ready for their lunch, and seem to always have energy and are in the shape you wish you could be in? Here's the truth about those folks I've learned from my nearly decade of coaching -- that just doesn't happen overnight. They too struggled once. You can get to where they are though. BUT it gets harder to get to that point -- especially later in life. There's built in momentum of staying the same. The brain loves comfort and predictability (and they're both a reinforcing cycle). To get to Automaticity, you must forge new paths, but to forge those paths, going it alone will make it much harder and take longer (as you have likely experienced). There are a lot of weeds built up in your path -- some weeds you have no control over -- what your parents fed you as a toddler, how your parents viewed and talked about fitness, injuries from things not of your choosing. All these affect your ability to change. But it is not the final factor, it is not your destiny. You can get to automaticity. It will just take a bit more effort and support and guidance. That's what our Five to Thrive Transformation is all about. 35 days of a ton of coaching and support to help your fitness feel AUTOMATIC. If you've been longing to feel better, lose weight, and make fitness feel Automatic -- this is the program for you!

Footage of me being an absolute wuss 🤣🤣🤣 Lebanon's Latest Health Spot featuring Contrast Therapy (hot to cold 3x)!! Checked out @roote_dwellness1 for their infrared sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy! As you can tell from the video, I'm not as tough as I appear 🤣🤣🤣 But the payoff was worth it. Contrast therapy has tons of benefits. Primarily for me is resetting my nervous system and getting my cortisol in check. Running a gym, having a young boy at home, getting all my weights and creatine in, can be stressful and sleep isn't always the greatest. I slept HARD that night (sorry @jewelz2103 ) 10/10 would recommend. Be on the lookout for Contrast Therapy being a part of future things at Rise!!
