Here’s a small glimpse into what happens inside the cohorts.

Sometimes the body begins responding before the mind fully understands what is happening.
A movement. A sensation. A feeling of energy that suddenly becomes impossible to ignore.
These moments may look subtle from the outside, but inside the body, something very real is starting to move.

This is why we don’t rush the process in NeuroSomatics.

The body often holds emotions, memories, stress, and old protection patterns long after the mind has tried to move on. And when it finally feels safe enough, it begins to show what is ready to be felt, released, or understood.

Inside the cohorts, this is the work we create space for.
Not forcing the body. Not performing healing. Just learning to listen to what the body is already saying.

Welcoming Jas into the NeuroSomatics Founding Cohort 🤍

I’m excited to share that @thejazdhami will be joining us as the vocal coach for the NeuroSomatics Practitioner Certification in Birmingham, April 18–21.

I’ve had the privilege of working with Jaz and supporting him through his healing journey. It’s been incredibly powerful to witness the depth of this work and the impact it creates.

Having grown up listening to his music, this truly feels like a full circle moment.

To now be integrating his expertise in voice, sound, and vibration into the NeuroSomatics training feels deeply aligned.

NeuroSomatics is a nervous system and energetics-based modality that equips practitioners with the ability to read the body, work with energy, and facilitate meaningful, lasting transformation.
