September in Zakynthos feels like an exhale.

Salt on your skin.
Warm sunshine.
Crystal blue sea.

We’re hosting a five-day yoga and somatic movement retreat in a private villa on the water, designed for deep rest, refined practice, and effortless presence.

Mornings begin with yoga and meditation overlooking the sea. Afternoons vary from ocean swims, to adventurous hidden cave explorations, to cultural visits. Evenings slip into somatic work and hands-on practice, creating space for real shifts beyond effort. While each night pours into long dinners, swimming at sunset, and harmonium singing under the stars.

A small, carefully held group.
An exceptional setting.
Time to return to yourself.

September 18-23 ✨

Participation is limited.

PM or check out the link in bio to receive the full details and apply ☀️

As Cameron said yesterday (and I’m drastically paraphrasing here...) doing something for your health, your joy, your wellness can be a form of protest. Check out our Talk on IGTV for his actual words of wisdom.

Thank you @create.art.performance and @mothershipnyc for making this class happen. Don’t forget to view the livestream of @kizunadance this Sunday!

IN PERSON // OUTSIDE // CLASS ALERT!!!
TUESDAY 9/22 4pm

We’re so excited for YOGAAAA with @rootedgingeryogi. We lovingly partnered with @create.art.performance to bring you this class on the roof of @mothershipnyc .

I’m so excited. I hope you’ll join us. Register with the #linkinbio for class and take part in this #climateweeknyc #2020

It’s been a rough year- we can only do our part to enact/embody/activate our love, empathy, and generosity. By taking class and Donating, you are caring for yourself, helping to spread awareness of and take part in Climate Justice, and you’re helping to support @weact4ej. They are doing the real work, btw. 😘
NO AMOUNT IS TOO SMALL.
