My MONDAY motivation for you today:

“If you keep showing up, if you keep going hard, if you stay consistent through your valley moments, your results willl turn those who ignored you- into fans.”

Today I found this podcast on the way to my workout that LIT ME UPPPP🔥

It was a 9 minute podcast that changed my mood for the day and probably week to come.

I’ve been in this weird head space after traveling, backpacking, and camping a lot this summer. The digital detox was great and it’s been hard to get back into a routine & show up on social.

After having a few convos with friends about this feeling- I know it’s common for those who’s job mostly is to share/show up on social.

We alllllllll go through it. But the beauty of it is- we’re in control. Today I made the decision to fuel my mind right (find SOMETHING that was going to get my ass in gear and mi fast back on track) & it did just that.

“It’s not about how hard you get hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit & keep moving forward!”
(Another quote I’m full of em today lol)

🔥message me for this podcast if you’re interested in the mindset shift!

I’m so tired of people telling what I should do!

I’m tired of fighting all the time with the people surrounding me because I don’t feel like I fit in the ideal they have.

I’m tired of being told I’m lazy for not wanting to do a typical job.

I’m tired of constantly having to explain myself to the people I love, explain why I feel that way.

Sometimes I’m really just so tired of life really…

But I will still fight for what I believe in and know I deserve!

Because I know there is a way to step out of society’s standard and still make it.

To even have a better life than others could expect from your choice.

I might feel lonely in my family sometimes, but I’ve found another family online that is helping me so much and who also believes in me.

If you resonate with this, feel free to contact me!💕✨

What does an air horn and bear spray have in common? Apparently, these are some tools used to keep you safe while hiking.

The hiking enthusiast @thurro_alexander appeared on our podcast and shared some tips on what to do if you encounter a bear or a mountain lion while hiking.

Make sure you are properly equipped when hiking, especially knowing that there’s a possibility of running into dangerous animals during your hike.

Take a listen to the clip and tune in for the entire podcast episode tomorrow @ 9PM EST on @youtube.

So who’s ready to hike?
