Practice 🌀

Looking forward to the mastermind framework education this weekend 🔥

@alpaca.flow - are you as motivated as I am?

This is gonna be great!

And there’s so much more we’re working on in the background 🚀

Looking forward to share more of our journey soon.

Slow is smooth, smooth is fast 🧐

Another practice from @ropeflowmastermind

I don't think that I can catch up with all of the material before the framework certification on 24./25. october. I don't have to, but I'd like to 🤭

Again inspired by @ropeflowmastermind

This one frustrated me 🫣 I'm not quite sure why, but sometimes there are patterns that I don't really feel in the beginning. But in the end I liked the dynamic

Might just have been a bad day 🫣.

Are there patterns that feel off to you?

A rope, a Got Talent stage, and another place I definitely didn’t expect Ropeflow to take me. 🪢

Grateful to @thedavidweck for creating and sharing this practice — and for all the unexpected doors, people and experiences it keeps bringing into my life.

This was one of them.

Now let’s see where the rope takes us next 🌀

Cardinal play introduced by @eliasbrocker in a ripple drip last year in @ropeflowmastermind .

I saw the idea and immediately asked myself if it's possible to bend the lines with every iteration. It's a fun challenge for coiling and timing 🤭

Another nice sequence from a recorded class over at @ropeflowmastermind community. There are infinite exercises in the mind of @alpaca.flow 🤗

So much cool stuff to learn and practice 🎉

Athletic stuff is so far always connected to the helix pattern and thus to @eliasbrocker
One of my biggest influences in #ropeflow 🫶

Even before @ropeflowmastermind where this exercice is from.

A fun little drill I have been doing to connect myself more to my feet and hands in all directions.

Figuring out when the dragon meets the sneak in both overhand and underhand combinations is a fun challenge.

And it gets the brain really groovin!
