omgosh i love this team so much! ☑️ Nebraska Half - 5k

I set my goal to finish my first 5k race since high school at the beginning of the year.

✅ Omaha Half Marathon

Thanks to my buddy @runner_dad_ne , he invited me on longer Saturday runs and reminded me the only limitations you have are the ones you set on yourself. He dominated his marathon run today, and is about to crush his 50 miler in 3 weeks! 😳

I officially set the goal to ‘at least finish’ my first half marathon in June. By August I set my goal to hit my desired pace.

Shout out for the love and support of my amazing wife, @pbnmelly , and friends and family. I accomplished my goal pace and it felt damn good doing it! 🙏 🎉

What’s my next goal? Deciding on the proper post run feast!! Any suggestions?🍽️🍔🍕

I’m excited to share that I’ll be spending this summer as a Sales & Marketing Intern at Gregg Young Chevrolet.

As a student at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln studying Management and Finance, I’ve always been passionate about business, building relationships, and helping people. This opportunity allows me to combine those interests while gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and the automotive industry.

Over the next few months, you’ll see a lot more content from me, everything from vehicle spotlights and behind-the-scenes dealership experiences to sales insights, marketing projects, and lessons I’m learning along the way.

Such an amazing and memorable weekend with so many friends! We laughed, we cried A LOT and we also shared so many memories that I will always remember! 🥹😭🩷✨

Life becomes way more fun when you invite others along the journey to go and WIN!!

2025 truly taught me the authenticity of true friendships, my character development and building, learning to guard my heart even more and create healthy boundaries even with those closest to me.

I learned how to eat food for health & healing.
I learned that God’s timing is truly SO perfect.
Patience is such a strong fruit of the spirit and I needed this more than anything.
I learned that I am very much capable so I had to stop saying “I can’t” do something without even trying.
I learned to steward well the flock He entrusted to Andrew and I.
I learned that I needed to always sow and plant on good soil..ALWAYS.
I learned to be extra careful with my words and always choosing to use words that uplift and build others up.
I learned that failing forward is actually okay and learned to embrace it.
I learned that nervousness & excitement both come from and with the same emotions just with negative/positive connotations.
I learned that the people who want to be in your life, see something in you even when you may not see it yourself.
I learned that sometimes genuine and loving friends truly stick closer than a brother.
I learned that what I can’t control is out of my control and therefore I can choose to have peace and control what I can.
I learned to read more books even though it takes me a while to read them.
I learned to listen to podcasts and audios on a daily basis.
I learned that I will build even through my imperfections.
I learned to be more silly and goofy esp with @andrewbrame
I learned to pray for my womb and declare it opened and fruitful every single day.
I learned that I truly am never alone.

I learned that believing in myself and loving myself completely eliminates all negative emotions and tiny insecurities that I was holding onto.
I learned in being a much better wife and growing into the woman of God that my husband always needs.
I learned that life is so rare, precious and divine—so I’ll continue to spend it serving Jesus, serving people and enjoying it while I can!

I’m excited to see what God unfolds in 2026…so for now—HAPPY NEW YEARS EVE my friends! You are all dearly and preciously loved! 🥰
