Connecting to the ocean 🌊

There are so many ways the ocean heals us and remind us of important life lessons.

- Practices like fishing teaches us patience & perseverance, keeping us grounded to nature’s cycle of life
- We may not be fish or live in water but our bodies contain 60-70% water which helps protect the spinal cord & joints, regulate our temperature and gets rid of wastes - an element of our being we should always appreciate
- Drinking 2-3L per water per day helps us maintain important body functions, clear up our skin & overall improve mood

Double tap this to show love for water in your life.

Our incredible Anqite Ambassador, Raymi, just hosted + ran in a barefoot marathon (!!) from Dbayeh to Batroun, in Lebanon, which is a distance of 42km to help raise funds to support cancer patients with treatment and medication 🥹

Raymi has himself won the battle against cancer and has been raising awareness, inspiring & uplifting so many people with his story and his magic (literally but not only 😊) 🪄

We are so inspired by him and his initiative and incredibly proud & grateful to have him as one of our first Anqite Ambassadors.

If you’d like to support this beautiful and important cause you can donate in the link in our bio @anqa.app - as well as in Raymi’s bio @letslive.raymi

Also help us spread the word by sharing this!

Thank you! 🙏🫶
