Look at all these beautiful humans! Nobody can tell me that there are no good people in this town - because we’ve got them in spades.

Conscious Palm beach, where the curious & the conscious gather.
A coed community of high-vibe people across Palm Beach County who believe feeling good is the foundation for doing good. Monthly gatherings. A wellness directory. And a spotlight on the people and places worth knowing.

I had two fabulous opportunities to visit a rising hidden gem called Higher Order located in West Palm Beach. FL—a wellness, mindfulness, and health-centered sanctuary. I spent time there with Golden Rule, a facial spa located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that offered a self-care facial class, where we learned new skills and opportunities to nurture ourselves. The second event was with Thrive for Longevity, where we got to experience a powerful documentary “The M Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause.” Each visit left me inspired—if you’re seeking a space for deep wellness and self-discovery, this is it! Knowledge is power. Take care of yourself.

So honored to be part of District Fit this past weekend with @cityplacewestpalm 🌴

This piece was created for @theparkwestpalm’s “The Path” program. Thank you to everyone who donated — the winner will be announced this Friday!

The concept highlights CityPlace on a “blueprint,” featuring its most loved moments: The Wishing Tree, Water Pavilion, @eatalyflorida, and of course…The Park parrot.

What an amazing day — so grateful to everyone who participated! There’s some insane poses on here, look closely to see yours 🎨

Right before Athleta’s CEO took the stage, I invited 350 global leaders to pause and breathe.

At the end of October in NYC, I partnered with Athleta for their International Leadership Summit, where I led a Rejuvenation Moment for senior leaders just before Maggie Gauger, CEO of Athleta, spoke.

Facilitating for 350 executives across Athleta, Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy was a powerful experience. Leaders traveled in from over 70 countries, and the energy in the room was undeniable.

We moved through breathwork, gentle movement, and simple self-care practices designed to support focus, regulation, and performance. Tools they could immediately integrate into daily routines and life on the road. You could feel the entire room shift into presence, connection, and openness.

I’m deeply grateful to have led this Athleta Rejuvenation Moment.

“The rejuvenation session delivered instant clarity and renewed energy after days of global travel. The shift in the room was noticeable as everyone became more grounded, connected, and genuinely engaged. Truly a standout moment of the conference.”
— Ines Oliveira, Senior Manager, Store Experience & VM, Gap Inc.

✨ Now booking corporate wellness sessions, keynote-style rejuvenation experiences, and leadership programming for 2026.

If your organization is ready to elevate performance, strengthen leadership presence, and support teams with evidence-based movement, mindfulness, and behavior-change practices that translate into sustainable habits, send me a DM.

Another year older.
Much more embodied.
Deeply grateful.

This past year asked me to soften and stand taller at the same time.
To trust my timing.
To choose ease without losing my edge.
To let go of who I outgrew and fully claim who I’m becoming.

I feel clearer.
More present.
More myself than ever.

Here’s to health, love, aligned work, beautiful connections, laughter that fills the room, and a life that feels rich in all the ways that matter.

Cheers to another trip around the sun.
And thank you for being here with me.

If we’ve shared a moment together, I’d love to hear a favorite memory 👇🏻
And if my work resonates, please share my page with your community.

xx Rosalia

✨ From castings to the catwalk ✨

When Jourdana Phillips @jourdanaelizabeth walked the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway for the first time, it wasn’t just about the spotlight — it was about the process.

We met prior to her first casting. We dove in with a winning team spirit. Together, we built a plan:
💪🏻 Functional training for strength + balance + posture
🔥 The aesthetic @victoriassecret is known for
🧘🏽‍♀️ Self-care, meditation, and grounded confidence

Her dedication ignited a ferocious desire to succeed — and when the call came that she was chosen, it was pure magic.

What made it even more special? The transformation wasn’t just physical. It was mind, body, and soul.

I’m forever grateful to have coached her on this journey, and to bring that same standard of aligned, holistic training into every client experience today.

👉🏼 What’s one moment in your career you’ll never forget?
