20% OFF your online order at Buff City Soap! Yes, you read that right! Watch my video until the very end to grab your exclusive discount code! Send it to a friend afterwards to spread the joy! The holiday scents are HERE, and Buff City Soap is officially on my list for holiday gifts, stocking stuffers, and a little something for myself! I got an exclusive first look at their brand-new holiday scent collection, featuring festive favorites like All the Jingle Ladies, Stargazer, and Milk Macaroon. From laundry detergent and bars of soap to hand wash, candles, bath bombs, Epsom salts, and so much more, there’s truly something for everyone on your holiday shopping list. My personal favorite was All the Jingle Ladies, and let’s just say it had me dancing! If you know, you know! One of my favorite parts of the evening was creating my very own custom laundry detergent, choosing from their amazing scents to make something uniquely mine. And of course, I’m already planning a little self-care shopping trip for candles, bath bombs, and everything I need for a romantic bubble bath at home. Because shopping for yourself while shopping for everyone else is only natural, right? A huge thank you to Buff City Soap for the exclusive first look and for bringing Louisville’s content creator community together for such a fun evening! Now tell me, which holiday scent would YOU grab first? Let me know in the comments, and don’t forget to watch until the end for your 20% OFF discount code! #BuffCitySoap #HolidayGifts #HolidayShopping #StockingStuffers #HolidayScents LouisvilleKY ShopLocal

Did I just discover the sweetest neighborhood gem? 🍸✨ For our August #LouisvilleFoodieMeetup, we gathered at @helmandhoney , and it completely blew us away! We each got to experience different variations of the chef’s tasting menu... from fresh tuna tartare and savory bruschetta to rich, hand-crafted pasta and crispy, perfectly seasoned mains. Add in the signature branded butter 🍯, craft cocktails, and decadent desserts (that berry custard was unreal 🍓🫐), and it made for the perfect evening with amazing company 🥰 Have you been to Helm & Honey yet? Let me know what you’re ordering! 👇🏽

LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY—LIVE! ☀️ ♥️-Minded. Wednesday Moves. Isn’t it funny? Only a week ago, the clouds felt darker than usual. Today, the September sunshine feels a little brighter. The Hug. Everyone needs one sometimes. Strategy + Soul. Gratitude. Making room for my colleagues to do great things and realizing we have received so much more than we could ever give. ☀️ It’s not only about having the right attitude or mindset. It’s also about recognizing when you are in a great situation and looking beyond where you are for the opportunities still waiting. #Situated Thank you for the reminder, Angela Duckworth and Mark C. Crowley. @angelalduckworth @markccrowley Authenticity is the key to everything. When you ask for help, you remind yourself that you are strong enough to be honest, brave enough to be vulnerable, and wise enough to know you do not have to carry everything alone. #HeartMinded “The illusion of self-sufficiency: Research has found that a willingness to ask for help is crucial to achievement.” —Angela Duckworth ***With added insight @rosaraves @nurserosaspeaks Start the reset. Back to basics. The Hummingbird. ♥️ Small but mighty but always moving. #Leadership #WellBeing #HRManagement LeadFromTheHeart WednesdayMoves Louisville

For the August foodie meetup at @helmandhoney , I brought Tea with Honey off the page and into the room. 🍯 Because honey has always been about more than sweetness. It’s about connection, community, and the little things that bring people together. Just like food, the best conversations are meant to be shared.🤎 - #lifestyleblogger #foodiemeetup #louisvillefoodiemeetup #dinnerisserved

The tasting gala for the Kentuckiana Stroke Association was an incredible outpouring of love from the community for Stroke Survivors! 🧠❤️‍🩹 Each different hospital and rehabilitation center brought forward a Stroke Survivor who shared their story of resilience and hope and recovery. ☀️ Local restaurants and chefs rolled out some of the most delicious bites I’ve had any tasting event. 🧑‍🍳😘 Thank you to the Kentuckiana Stroke Association for raising awareness around the signs of Stroke and when to call 911, but also that there is hope for rebuilding after Stroke! #strokesurvivors #fundraiserevent #strokeimpact #louisvillefood #foodiecommunity

Ink Happens! ✒️📚 What a day at From the Ground Up Books in La Grange! Thank you to everyone who stopped by, picked up a signed copy of Speak Up, Start Now, and shared your own stories with me. Meeting readers face to face is the best part of this author journey. Every conversation reminded me why I wrote this book: nurses have voices worth hearing, and the world needs them now more than ever. Missed today? I’ll be doing it all again next Saturday, August 8th, 12-4pm at From the Ground Up Books in Shepherdsville. Come say hi and grab your copy! Swipe through for highlights from today. 📖➡️ Thankful for my son who joined in the action as my assistant today 💪 🤗 #SpeakUpStartNow #InkHappens #BookSigning #NurseAuthor #LaGrangeKY
