This past Saturday, four young chefs competed in the Regional Jeune Chef Competition through Chaine des Rotisseur. Our three students all did well, with Danika Holty taking first place for the SECOND time! Congrats Danika, we know you’ll do great at Nationals! Congrats also to Zoe Silva and Kalen Gutierrez, coming in second and third place. Thank you @vkeokitvon for all the work you do to support students at the competition level. scaallday #seattleculinaryacademy #seattlecentralcollege #chainedesrotisseurs

I only got pictures of the dessert course but everything was beautiful!

So appalled it's over so soon... I need 8 more quarters of that bullshit 😭 So grateful for my time with @seattleculinaryacademy , if the education itself wasn't invaluable enough then the people I met and befriended certainly were #scaallday #seattleculinaryacademy
