8 YEARS OF CALI! 🎉☕️💙

Eight years ago, the windows of our tiny but mighty shop in Hollywood, FL opened for the very first time. We started serving up drinks, smiles & good vibes, and we haven’t looked back since. 🌴⚡️

20 shops, 500+ Crew Members, and millions of drinks later, we’ve learned, grown, and evolved - while staying true to our roots and the core values we’ve believed in since day one. 💯

We want to celebrate the most important part of Cali - YOU! Thank you for showing up, growing with us, and letting us be an impactful and authentic part of your day. 🫶

16+ years in practice and still some of the most common things I hear when people find out I’m a chiropractor: “I have XYZ problem/symptom, can chiropractic help it go away?” *or* “I don’t really have pain, so why would I need to see a chiropractor?”

Both of these questions are valid. Many people look at health from a medicalized/Western lens: I have a pain, illness, problem… who do I see/what do I take/where do I go to fix it & move on with my life?

Unfortunately this is typically a reactive, not proactive approach to “health care” that is an outside ➡️ in approach, ignoring the body’s innate wisdom to heal when given the ability to adapt and heal rather than mask or numb.

Chiropractic is different than medicine because our focus is actually on the incredible connection of your spine & nervous system. Physical, chemical and emotional stress affects how we move, function, think and heal. This directly affects our spine, and thus the amazing system housed inside of it!

Our body is always looking for homeostasis (which takes time!) but our head tells us we want to be fixed NOW. Healing doesn’t happen with a wave of a magic wand or a magic pill. The nervous system needs the best connection (free of interference!) possible to facilitate healing, which takes… time AND commitment.

No one questions the benefits of dental hygiene or maintaining your car. If you don’t take care of these things, problems happen! The same goes for your spine!

Our practice is filled with patients of all ages & sizes, from those with acute injury & chronic pain to those who value wellness & being proactive in a stressful world. Why? Chiropractic supports the path to optimal function and well-being by regulating the nervous system, the master communication system of our body! 🧠
