A trainer and a creative on the same ass couch.

Together, we’re creating a space for important conversations, a lot of laughs, unhinged thoughts, and reminders that we’re all just figuring it out.

No pretending to have it all together. Just honest conversations here & there about wellness, growth, business, relationships and everything in between to show you both perspectives🤍

episode 4 of this series ⭐ @b52fit had such a nice balance between aesthetics, space, and functionality. if you’re in montreal, it’s definitely one of those places where you can lock in while still enjoying the vibe. and if you’re looking for a personal trainer, @rosemoves is definitely a hittt

if i can do it, so can you. i’ve stopped counting how many times i’ve done things scared. every time, i dig a little deeper, find a bit more courage, and somehow pull through. because honestly, why stay in a space that doesn’t make me happy? i’m not some exception, i just take it one breath at a time, especially when i get overstimulated. but as you can see, it seems to work and it would for you too ⭐

Hey, happy NY. I’ve been sharing fragments of this project, so here’s a bit more clarity on what we’ve been creating.

This is ARC, an anchor for when control starts to slip when doing the BSS. It has taken us almost three years to perfect because quality means everything.

It doesn’t simplify the exercise but it keeps the work honest. We’re still refining how we explain this but the idea is pretty simple.

Here’s a new partner challenge for your day!! 💪🏽
We saw this from @rosemoves and @patricevelati and had to try it ourselves 👀🔥
Try to stand up while the other person is on your feet!

Grab your friends and let us know if you can nail this trick 😉

Thank you to everyone who came out last Friday to celebrate with us. 🖤

This rebrand is more than just a new look. It represents the community we’ve built and the direction we’re heading, where training, recovery, and wellness all live under one roof.

We’re creating a space that supports every part of your wellness journey, and we’re so grateful to do it alongside this incredible community.

Here’s to this next chapter at B52. Let’s keep moving forward, together.

Thank you @nouvelleidee.work for bringing this vision to life with us.
