Did you miss your goal time by a few tenths...

or by 32,000 streamlines?

Speed is often lost in the small things:

A loose streamline.
A slow breakout.
A rushed turn.
A weak finish.

One mistake seems small. Repeated over time, it adds up.

That’s why basics matter.

At Fitter & Faster, we help swimmers sharpen the details that protect speed.

Master the skills. Race faster.

These cardboard boats were built with both confidence AND delusion 😅

I was asked to judge the @rosenaquatic cardboard boat race! The teams put SO much effort into these and I was honestly so impressed with several of them!!

Thank you for asking me to be one of your judges!

Thanks to my beautiful FOX family for joining me for the 2nd Annual @rosenaquatic Cardboard Boat Race! 💦

Each team had 75 minutes to build a boat using only cardboard and duct tape — and then paddle it across the pool. Our team, led by Captain @jessica_doppler, created the FOX35 Thunder Ship! 🚢

As a Rosen Aquatics board member, I was honored to judge the teams based on creativity, team spirit, and spectacular sinkers. We had a few! But meteorologist @laurel.s.blanchard made it across the pool like a pro. 👏

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our mission of free swim lessons, drowning prevention, adaptive swim and more. 🏊

We had a blast! Join us next year! 🛶 #cardboardboatrace @fox35orlando
