Some final photos of Rosey from the photoshoot in London last year. Which one is your favourite one? 🥰🙏
Some takeaways that makes me get your photograph every time:
1. I adapt the location so that it highlights you
2. I time the moment I press the shutter - this is Oxford Circus in rush hour, which you can’t tell. A few seconds later it would show though.
3. I LOVE to portray women with silent strength. Do you think it comes across here as well?

Some of my favourite pictures through the years. Not all could fit though, I’m only allowed 20 slides 😂 maybe I should do a second edition? And which one is your favourite?
For a few years I mainly focused on video, and then to go back to photography again with a new set of eyes on things. The film look in still photography. It shows, right?

Rosey's very beautiful ruby cluster ring. She found the ruby herself on travels and made the most amazing ring to show the rubies off.

Another one of Rosey 🤍 I like the first one the most, because it is so alive, despite me choosing black and white. What do you think?

Rosey ❤️ I met her and Joanne at a restaurant. Meaning I was at the table next to theirs, and interrupted them to ask if one of them could be my model. We ended up speaking for the entire duration of the lunch. And Rosey then gave me about an hour of her time.

Before this, I had checked locations around Piccadilly and Trafalgar, because I want this very high-end result.

So, this is one of the locations. It’s funny how London at 530 PM at Piccadilly can look so empty and serene. It’s about timing, choosing the right location and making damn sure about what background I use.

And look at that glow ❤️ She’s stunning, right? She was happy with the result, and as always - then I am happy.

Which one is your favourite?

🔥 What happens to a sapphire's inclusions when it's heated? Take a look inside this specimen to find out. 🔥
•
1️⃣ Before heating, this Madagascar sapphire sample shows two transparent crystals next to a pattern of angular blue color zoning.
2️⃣ After we heated it to 1000°C, the larger crystal shows heat damage, with a glassy fissure forming around it. Note how the background color has lightened.
3️⃣ At 1100°C, the fissure has become larger, and a tiny fissure has begun to develop around the smaller crystal.
4️⃣ At 1500°C, the inclusion scene is almost unrecognizable. Large fissures have developed around both crystals and begun to heal, creating melted-looking fingerprints. The blue color zones have lightened to a pale brown, but the overall bodycolor has become a stronger, even blue.
