We had a lovely time at Down to Earth Cafe at the Old Stables in Wantage last week to reimagine waste and sustainable procurement, in partnership with @sustainablewantage! It was wonderful to see so many creative minds connecting to share ideas, inspiration, food and even some plant cuttings and seeds. The evening was beautifully captured by @wilsoncookphotography , so that you can see the friendly smiles of the Vale of White Horse's creative community, witness the mindful weaving exercise led by Andrea Sharp, and practically taste the delicious food provided by @downtoearthwantage (made with surplus food and imagination!) We'd like to say a huge thank you to all of the above, as well as to Jo from Sustainable Wantage, Jess from Makespace Wantage and of course to the Vale of White Horse Climate Action Fund, for making these events possible! Book a free place on our final Creative Climate Action Conversation via the link in our bio... Little jaunt down the road today. Stepping into #BasildonPark felt like walking onto a Downton Abbey set ✨🏰. This Palladian gem wasn’t just Grantham House in the Crawley’s London Season—it’s also played starring roles in Pride & Prejudice (Netherfield’s glamorous ball), Bridgerton (the Formal Garden scene for Colin and Penelope’s unforgettable first kiss), The Gentlemen, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, Marie-Antoinette, Dorian Gray, Belgravia, and even The Crown! No wonder this place is essentially a period-drama regular. Goldilocks-level perfection. #FilmLocation #PeriodDramaHeaven

We had lots of fun today talking to @oxfordbrookes students and staff at the university's first sustainability fair! Lots of interesting conversations around our carbon footprint allowance game (which will be added to our website soon so watch this space!). We also tried @shareoxford's bike-powered blender 🚲
