Good luck to @rountree.christopher this weekend! Chris is a current Texas state record holder in Powerlifting with a deadlift specialty. Dry needling and shockwave have helped him to stay healthy and get ready for competition after a Lat strain 4 weeks out from his meet this weekend! 💪🏼 We can help you get back to doing the things you love to do!

|| 2023 Black Belt M5 Heavyweight @ibjjf Pan American NoGi Champion ||

Congratulations to everyone who participated and thank you to my opponents for all the preparation and training and showing up and fighting hard. Thank you to my Sensei @xanderibeirojj and all of my coaches @victorhugojj @carlosapersonalbjj @carlosnetoobjj @oreo_is_my_homeboy @hargettsteve_jj @coachapilling And my training partners and family members at @bushido_jiujitsu_strength for the daily support, training, and friendship.

Medals and accolades are fun but the real “why” behind JiuJitsu is the discipline, determination, and grit it builds to face the various challenges of every day life. It’s also an incredible way to stay in shape, learn how to defend yourself, and make lots of friends and be a part of an awesome world-wide community! Find a gym near you and go try a class!

@uspa_nationals2023 the friendship edit.
Started as gym bros. Became real bros. Powerlifting wouldn't be Nearly as fun without these friends.
