day one to bikini debut.

Caroline’s goal when we started: top 3 at her first show, first season.

20 weeks of locking in 🔐
20 weeks of incredible discipline.

morphing into completely new territory.
learning how to pose, learning to live and breathe as a bikini athlete.
pushing her body past limits she didn’t know existed.

genuinely one of the most impressive transformations I’ve had the honor of coaching.

Caroline was built for this sport. rookie season, and she blew past her own goal. Winning an overall and placing top 5 at a national show🏆

her future in this sport is only getting started.

cheers to a hell of a season 🤘

Bikini debut to her first national stage in one season.

20 weeks ago this was just an idea.

winning an overall at her first ever show two weeks ago, then walking onto a national stage and finishing top 5 in her class. first season. ever.

the pro card was the goal, it always is. but what doesn’t get said enough, what she built and executed in a single season most competitors never do in years. that placement was earned.

this wasn’t a loss. this is exactly where she’s supposed to be right now. her time is coming and she knows it. this just set the standard for everything going forward.

offseason. next prep. career. all of it.

caroline has one of the biggest futures i’ve seen in this sport && i genuinely cannot wait to watch it unfold. 🤍
