For the past 5 days I have been posting various poses from the Ashtanga Primary Series as part of #AshtangaWithHamsa

Here is my practice from home this morning, the Ashtanga Primary Series - around 90 minutes of practice sped up to 40 seconds!

The #AshtangaWithHamsa challenge has been a lot of fun. It's been great seeing everyone else's practice and connecting with so many other people. Thanks to the hosts and sponsors 🙏🏻😊

For day 5, my favourite pose from the finishing sequence, I choose Sirsasana. I love the finishing sequence as a whole but the pose stands out for me. Even if I only have time for a few sun salutations on a morning, I will always end with this pose. I've sped up the old of both the A and B variations for the video, but usually you hold A for a minimum of 15 breaths and B for 10 breaths. ☺️🙏🏻

🧘‍♀️ Pose Lineup:
✨ Day 1 – Surya Namaskara A or B: Ignite your fire 🔥 ✅
✨ Day 2 – Your Favorite Standing Pose: Root & rise 🌿 Utthita Parsvakonasana ✅
✨ Day 3 – Your Favorite Seated Pose: Turning inwards 🕉️ Janu Sirsasana ✅
✨ Day 4 – Your Struggle Pose from Primary: Embrace the edge 💪 Kurmasana ✅
✨ Day 5 – Favorite Finishing Pose: Surrender & shine ✨ ✅
