20 MINUTES. THAT’S IT. 🤍

A Pilates-inspired sculpt workout you can do from anywhere when you want to get effective movement into your day without spending hours working out.

You don’t need a long workout to see and feel results. Consistency + intention matter so much more.

And one of the biggest things I focus on? ✨ The mind-muscle connection.

Don’t just go through the motions to tick “workout” off your list. Slow down, be mindful of the muscle you’re working, and really connect with it through every rep. That little shift can make such a difference.

Save this for your next workout, and even better — send it to a friend you’d love to do it with! 🤍

Follow for more quick, effective workouts you can actually fit into your day.

Back to school shopping with my crew 🎒🤍

We stopped at Sprouts to stock up for the new school year, and the kids had so much fun picking out their favorite @fave Organic Drink Mix flavors.

I love that @fave brings back that nostalgic childhood drink mix feeling, but with simple, organic ingredients and none of the artificial junk. It’s one of those little things that makes busy school days and after school activities a little more fun. 💛

And of course, we had to do a family taste test when we got home… safe to say, it was a hit!

If you’re doing your back to school shopping at Sprouts, keep an eye out for @fave ! ✨

Wellness is about more than workouts, supplements, or skincare.💧

Water is woven into nearly every part of the day. It’s in what you drink, what you cook with, and even the water you shower and bathe in.

That’s why more families are taking a closer look at the quality of the water throughout their home.

A whole-home water filtration system is one of those behind-the-scenes investments that supports your family’s everyday wellness in ways you may not always notice, but can appreciate every day.

Because when water is part of your daily routine, it deserves your attention.

As parents, you’ll do just about anything to make your child more comfortable. 💧

After dealing with eczema flare-ups, Roxy began looking more closely at the everyday things that touch her family’s life, including their water.

It wasn’t just about one concern, either. The entire family felt like their skin was often dry, and they wanted to better understand what was coming through the taps in their home.

That’s what led them to Allini Water Filters.

After testing their water, we designed a custom whole-home filtration system tailored specifically to their family’s needs, helping create a better water experience throughout the home, from showers and baths to drinking water and everything in between.

Because sometimes the biggest wellness upgrades are the ones happening behind the scenes.

Before becoming a parent, water may have seemed simple. 💧

Then suddenly it’s everywhere. In water bottles. In lunches. In the fruits and vegetables being washed. In bath time routines.

When you’re responsible for a little human, the everyday details matter more. That’s why more families are paying closer attention to what’s in their water and choosing solutions tailored specifically to their home’s needs.

Because wellness often starts with what happens behind the scenes.

best kept secrets for healing your C-Section scar ✨

Healing my C-section scar has always been about supporting my body inside and out.

From gentle core work to nourishing meals, walking, and a few minutes of scar massage and cupping each day, these small habits all add up and make a huge difference in how the scar feels and looks. 💛

One tool I love and recommend is the @haakaanz silicone scar patch — it’s soft, reusable, medical-grade, and keeps the scar hydrated and protected, which can make a huge difference in how it heals and looks over time.

I share all my tips in this reel — and I’d love to hear from you:

✨ Start healing your C-section scar and tummy from 2 weeks postpartum! ✨

Mamas, gentle movements and breath work can make a HUGE difference in your recovery. In this routine, I guide you through:
1️⃣ Big breath sent down to your scar
2️⃣ Light fingertip tapping to desensitize and improve circulation
3️⃣ Gentle circular motions to support digestion and blood flow
4️⃣ Core activation by drawing in your abdominals
5️⃣ Very gentle lifting of the scar over clothes
6️⃣ Massage under the rib cage to release tension and improve breathing

It may feel a little strange or numb at first, but these movements can reduce pain, swelling, and numbness while helping you reconnect with your body.

💛 Doing this consistently can help you feel and look better in just a few days!
