The shoes. The will. The discipline… all that makes a man a little more dangerous.

Age is not part of the equation. Not yet. It’s not everyday you can do a #hyrox race with a #crossfit Games athlete @roylviger.

1 hour and 4 minutes. Pro division.

The world and even people are sometimes not kind. But the years have been… Forward is the only way. I’m almost 40 and #consistency has time and again proven to be more powerful than our fleeting #motivations. You fall? Get up. They leave? Keep moving. See beyond the webs…. And there you will be. (Not chatGPT written lol)

16 years was a trip… I want it to slow down, but I also want to see what’s ahead.

THIRTY. ATHLETES.

That’s how many from Northshore Fit made it to Quarterfinals this year… and we’re fired up. 🔥

This weekend, they hit the floor again, and we’ll be right there behind them, cheering every rep. Join us Friday and Saturday for our 2 day Quarterfinals event in Hammond!

Good luck to all our athletes. 💪

2025 🥹🫶🏼

Too many memories to place in a 20-post carousel. Most ones beyond my wildest dreams, some moments of growth to carry into 2026 and beyond

To sum up this year, I’ll bring back a @thepinkmambaaa quote (adapted from memory I’ll admit) from a conversation that we had in one of the low moments:

“Your goals are large. The highs are going to be mega highs when you accomplish them. The lows are probably going to be the same. Does that mean you want to aim for something smaller? Something less risky to go after? Or, will you learn from this lesson and keep chasing the big ones?”

Let’s keep chasing in 2026 ✨

As the year comes to a close, we would like to thank everyone who has tuned in to our podcasts.

We started this venture to bring real to life.
Real stories.
Real struggle.
Real failure.
Real success.

Everyone’s story is unique and inspiring.
Including your own.

So thank you for being part of the story we are writing with you all.

Keep Chasing.
