Between work, family, and everything life throws at us, finding time to train isn’t always easy. 😅

But since the start of the year, @roylviger and @mikemendoza_md have been putting in the miles, week after week. Some days feel great. Others, we’re just trying to get through the session. 💀

Next stop: @hyroxamerica Denver this November. 🦾

Along for the ride are our @tyrsport Valkyrie Elite carbon-plated racing shoes. Built for speed, designed for energy return, and ready to go the distance. 🏎️

We’re still chasing that feeling of being competitive. And honestly, that’s what keeps us going.

The shoes. The will. The discipline… all that makes a man a little more dangerous.

Age is not part of the equation. Not yet. It’s not everyday you can do a #hyrox race with a #crossfit Games athlete @roylviger.

1 hour and 4 minutes. Pro division.

Going to give this @hyroxworld thing a shot. Needed a goal to shoot for after battling injuries and not competing for a while. Although I’d like to get back to the @crossfitgames I’m going to put some focus and fun into this. Thanks to @tyrsport for setting @mikemendoza_md and I up with some training gear going into Denver pro doubles in November. Let’s go get it!!!!

From nearly a decade lost to addiction to over 20 years sober, Roy Viger has completely rebuilt his life. After finding sobriety, he dove into business, learning how to grow and scale companies, eventually running multiple successful ventures.

Today, Roy owns and operates several Addiction Treatment Facilities, using his experience to help others fight the same battles he once faced. His story is proof that no matter how far you fall, you can always rise back stronger.

Monday, October 27th. Stay tuned.
