Going to give this @hyroxworld thing a shot. Needed a goal to shoot for after battling injuries and not competing for a while. Although I’d like to get back to the @crossfitgames I’m going to put some focus and fun into this. Thanks to @tyrsport for setting @mikemendoza_md and I up with some training gear going into Denver pro doubles in November. Let’s go get it!!!!
