- These days have been flowing with a lot of creativity and inspiration. Working on a few different tracks — all completely different from eachother and also quite different from anything I’ve released so far. Each track has been recorded in different studios around the island and yesterday’s session with Roy was really fun. Ridiculously fun 🤩 Roy and I met several years ago in one of my breathwork circles and reconnected at a jam last year. Wr have a lot of respect for each other as artists, which I think creates a space of freedom and safety. Thanks Roy! In two sessions our song is almost complete and has been a beautiful process of just following the magic … even when it gets weird even when I wonder where the hell we will wind up. But I guess that is the beauty of the creative process — we don’t know ! If it was guaranteed it would not be worth doing. Or it certainly would not be so enlivening. Like life I suppose ! At this point… I can say I’m finding the track pretty vibey, groovy and uplifting. Can anyone else relate to this feeling around the creative process ?

Met Gamelan Gender today, a traditional Balinese musical form known for its layered metallophone sound and deep connection to ceremony, storytelling, and culture. We had the chance to learn from Bli @akugilaaaaang, who’s been playing since kindergarten, and it gave us a deeper appreciation for how much history and skill live within this music 😅 This feels like the beginning of something meaningful. Me + Roy are excited to explore more Indonesian traditional instruments and learn how these sounds might be thoughtfully woven into our breathwork journeys. Ancient rhythm, modern healing… here we go. 🇮🇩✨ Special thanks to @kultara.id for hosting the regular lesson, excited to collaborate in the future!

Hiking in Bali always feels like a humbling journey—especially with @bagawatafrombali , who lifts our spirits with his beautiful voice and guitar. This time felt even more magical, hiking under the full moon 🌕 I’m incredibly proud of myself 😇 Compared to my last big hike, I can see a huge improvement in my performance! I’ve never felt this healthy before—thanks to @joshgranerhealth for all the encouragement in my training. SPROWAGON is here!!! Having been operating purely by word-of-mouth, this is what blowing 7 years of marketing budget on one project looks like 😮‍💨 It's been extremely tough keeping this under lock and key for so long but it’s time to share it with the world! I give you my latest niche passion project, a fusion of all my favorite hobbies. This is not your typical G-Wagon, it's a G550 4x4² - only 500 ever made and 300 in the US. I've equipped it with a deployable espresso and brew bar, electrical and water systems plus overlanding gear to really complete the picture. The vision? More than just a cool rig. Using the fanbase I created over the years plus the @sprowagon platform, this can be a stage for coffee professionals to showcase their craft. Whether it’s catering events or putting the spotlight on up-and-coming baristas through pop-ups, this tool can empower individuals to create their own future or build upon their platform/brand through connection and exploration.
