Welcome to Episode 03 of Agent Wars. Today we’re challenging the 6 top AI models to design, engineer and 3D print an egg capsule with the goal of protecting an egg from the tallest possible height. For Episode 03, here are the models that were tested, with their thinking/reasoning level: 🇺🇸 Google Gemini 4 Argon (High) 🇺🇸 Anthropic: Claude Opus 5.5 (High) 🇨🇳 Qwen 3.8-Max (High) 🇺🇸 Meta: Muse Wonder(High) 🇺🇸 OpenAI: GPT 6 Astra (High) 🇺🇸 SpaceXAI: Grok 4.7 (High) Each capsule had specific parameters. It to use a maximum 250 grams of the same type of filament, and it had to be under 8 hours of printing time. They were also allowed up to 20 cotton balls. 🏆 THE SCORE: Google Gemini 4 Argon: slight crack at 4 feet Qwen 3.8-Max: egg obliterated at 4 feet SpaceXAI: Grok 4.7: slight crack at 4 feet Meta: Muse Wonder: cracked at 4 feet Anthropic: Claude Opus 5.5: egg unbroken at 20 feet OpenAI: GPT 6 Astra: cracked at 8 feet 🏅 Our champion for episode 03 is Claude Opus 5.5. And before you call me a shill for Claude – ChatGPT won episode 01, I work with all of these labs (except Qwen) in a professional capacity, and I will publish the transparent methodology at agentwars.tech so you can try it yourself! Google is releasing Gemini 4 Argon today – their frontier model built for long-horizon tasks, complex production coding, and deep multimodal reasoning. It sets a new state-of-the-art on DeepSWE v1.1 (77.9%) amongst several other benchmarks and is the #1 model on the Vals Index (68.9%), which measures potential economic impact. I’ve had early access to Argon for some time, and where I find it to be particularly powerful is in its ability to create interactive simulations and 3D architectural reconstructions. If you haven’t been paying attention, personal agents are the hottest new category in tech. Meta just launched Muse, and the stock is up around 25% since the announcement. It is number 1 in the App Store. The adoption rate has been meteoric. Amazon then cut off Muse, thus kicking off what I believe is going to be a huge new battlefield for the tech giants, because we can expect all of the major players to ship a personal agent as well. So the next big shift in commerce is simple: agents are becoming customers. Today, you discover what to buy, compare your options, choose a business, and complete the transaction yourself. Increasingly, a personaI agent will do some (and eventually all) of that work for you. That changes something fundamental for every business, which is that it’s no longer enough for a human to be able to find, understand and buy from you. An agent needs to be able to do it too. We’re still very early, and anyone pretending there’s a perfect playbook is at best making an educated guess. But there are 3 things I think every business can start doing now. 1. Make your business easy for agents to understand. Give agents clear, structured information about what you sell, pricing, availability, policies, reviews, etc. It matters less how your website looks and more whether an agent can understand it. 2. Make it easy for agents to transact with you. Discovery is only the beginning. Agents need ways to take action — buy, book, reserve, schedule or get a quote. Think APIs, connectors and agent-friendly payments. Take a look at what Muse just launched with Connectors. It allows your business to directly plug into the agent. 3. Test your business like an agent would. Ask ChatGPT, Muse, Claude, Gemini, Instinct, Grok Bot etc. to find, compare or buy what you sell. Can it find you? Does it understand your brand well? Does it trust you? Can they complete a transaction? The internet created an economy around websites. The App Store created one around apps. Agents could create an entirely new economy around intent. Nobody knows exactly what it will look like yet. But, I think it’s definitely time to start experimenting.

Anthropic just launched Fable 5.1 and in short: it’s faster, smarter, cheaper… and finally responds to you like a sane, normal person would. More specifics: - Solves agentic coding tasks at roughly half the cost of Fable 5 - Much faster and slightly more capable than Opus 5, and uses around half of the tokens - Writing style is more natural - Much more powerful at scientific research I chat with people in my day-to-day life all of the time who think AI is useless… and when I dig a little deeper I realize they are using base/commodity/legacy models. So if you haven’t taken the time to seriously test-drive a frontier model over the last few months, this is a good opportunity to do so. They have gotten extremely proficient and I think it’s important for people to understand their capabilities. The last few months specifically have been a real step-change, and I anticipate the next wave of models to close out the years will be another major step as well. In this video I share some very basic things you can ask Fable 5.1 to do, so you can get a feel for how powerful it is.

AI videos have officially crossed the chasm with the release of Seedance 2.5. It offers native 30-second single-shot videos, up to 50 input references and much better prompt adherence and native audio. It’s available now on @higgsfield.ai , who are offering 33 days of unlimited seed, dance 2.5 usage to all new users. Now, I’m conflicted. Part of me says this is amazing — anyone can now bring their stories and ideas to life without traditional filmmaking resources.
