🧱🔥 FIRST BRICK HIIT CLASS IN THE BOOKS!!! 😮‍💨🥵

BABYYYYY, when I tell y’all those bricks are NO JOKE?! 🫣😂 I attended my FIRST Brick HIIT class, and WHEW… A DOOZEY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! 🧱😩🔥

Major shoutout to @5_jefe and his team at @nolimitsports_performance for putting together a beginner-friendly class for those of us who have been curious about this brick life! 😎💪🏾

One thing I absolutely LOVE about this fitness journey is getting around NEW people while reconnecting with familiar faces in RVA’s GROWING fitness community! ❤️🔥 The energy, encouragement, and community make the experience THAT much better!

🚨 WANNA GIVE IT A TRY?! 🚨

🧱 Coach Manny’s Brick HIIT Class
📍 Iron Legend Gym
🗓️ Saturdays | 8:30 AM
💰 ONLY $15!

ANDDDDD he offers WEIGHT TRAINING before the bricks even come out! 🏋🏾‍♀️🔥 So you already know you’re getting your money’s worth!

Will I be back?! ABSOLUTELY! 😎 Will these bricks humble me a few more times?! PROBABLY! 😂😮‍💨

But one thing about ME… I’M COMING BACK UNTIL I MASTER THESE BRICKS! 🧱😤🔥

Don’t just watch the videos… PULL UP AND GET ACTIVE! 💪🏾❤️
