📣🫵 CRAFTY FOLKS WANTED We're throwing together a little shindig with our buddy @rrfm.tally and are looking for volunteers to help us celebrate BUY NOTHING DAY (11/28) instead of Black Friday. We'll be demoing crafts that you can make for your loved ones this holiday season and sharing info about local businesses you can support instead of big box stores. Doesn't that sound so fun?! Don't have a craft to share but still wanna volunteer? We have plenty of ideas to go around! DM or e-mail if you'd like to help us out!

Announcement for all my followers: This page is being repurposed for a new anarchist collective in Tallahassee, FL. I hope y'all will still stick around, there will still be memes but we will be posting about events, mutual aid projects as well as posting educational posts on anarchy, mutual aid, direct action, etc. Solidarity forever comrades! - Your Friendly Neighborhood Anarchist - 🔥🌾Introducing the Red Hills Anarchists🌾🔥 The Red Hills Anarchists is a new anarchist collective rising from the pine and clay of Tallahassee, Florida—rooted in a vision of a world without masters or cages. We choose mutual aid over charity, collective care over competition, and the liberation of all over the comfort of the few. We come together not to reform the systems that exploit us but to dismantle them and grow something freer in their place. We believe in building a world beyond prisons, bosses, and borders—a world where no one is disposable and communities care for one another directly. We’re grounded in the spirit of mutual aid, collective responsibility, and non-heirarchal organizing. We know that real change comes from below, by and for the people—not handed down from above. 🔴 What we’re working on so far: ✊ Prison solidarity & political education 🌱 Mutual aid projects that meet immediate needs while building long-term power 📚 A welcoming anarchist book club to learn, grow, and challenge each other together 🛠️ Workshops, skillshares, and community events rooted in liberation and care This is a space for the curious, the committed, the questioning, and the hopeful. You don’t need to have read every theory book or have it all figured out—just bring your heart, your will to act, and your desire for something better. We’re just getting started, and there’s room for you. 🌹 Another world is not only possible—it’s already being built. Let’s build it together. Follow us for updates, meeting times, and ways to plug in. DM to get involved or just say hi! Image ID in comments Square logo with a beige background with a cracked appearance, there is a red hill on the bottom part of the graphic. Above the hill is an image of the anarchist black flag and black text that reads "Red Hills Anarchists"

AMERICA HAS NO KINGS. Do you want a democracy or a dictatorship? The choice is ours. Join us at the Capitol on March 4th at 5 PM for a peaceful protest to defend our rights, our country, and our future. This is our moment—we must stand together before it’s too late. Democracy is under attack. Trump and Elon are tearing apart our Constitution, our freedoms, and our future. Will we stand by and watch? Or will we rise? We are a diverse nation of the people, by the people, and for the people—but only if we fight for it.

Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day! This is a good time to learn about and remember the beliefs King held and the ideas he worked to make a reality—and to honor that legacy by continuing his work in our own ways. As King understood, the civil rights and racial freedom that he and so many others fought for could not be fully achieved without addressing poverty, housing instability, low wages, and the economic exploitation that was rife both then and now. One way to work towards a vision of economic justice is through mutual aid, and thankfully we have quite a few groups in our community already organizing around those principles! Swipe through the slides to see a small selection of them and how we can support their efforts to create a better future and to help our neighbors survive in the meantime. #MartinLutherKingJr #MLK #MLKJr #MLKDay #MartinLutgerKingJrQuote #MLKQuote #ReclaimMLK #EconomicJustice #MutualAid #Tallahassee #TLH #Tally #TallahasseeFL #Donate #Donation #DonateYourStuff #Declutter #Decluttering #Sustainable #Sustainability #OverConsumption #Community #CommunityBuilding #BuildCommunity #Redistribute #ShareYourStuff #SecondHand #SecondHandFirst #GiveStuffAway Square graphic with a dark green background and white text. The text reads “Today (1/20) is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The best way to honor MLK’s legacy is to put his ideas into practice, including economic justice and community building.” A graphic of a raised fist is in the bottom left corner.

COVID-19 still poses a danger to the health and well-being of everyone in our communities, so having access to high-quality and well-fitting masks is super important! If you have extras that you will not use—because they don’t fit well, or you prefer a different kind, or you have a large excess amount—consider putting them to good use by donating them! Both the Tallahassee Really Really Free Market and Mask Bloc 229 are great groups who help distribute masks and promote COVID safety in our area. Help keep each other safe and protected from airborne illnesses: mask up, and share what you can! #Tallahassee #TLH #Tally #TallahasseeFL #Donate #Donation #DonateYourStuff #Declutter #Decluttering #MutualAid #Sustainable #Sustainability #OverConsumption #Community #CommunityBuilding #BuildCommunity #Redistribute #ShareYourStuff #Degrowth #Degrow #SecondHand #SecondHandFirst #GiveStuffAway #COVID #COVID19 #COVIDConscious #MaskUp #WearAMask #COVIDSafe Square graphic with a dark green background and off-white text. Unfortunately, COVID-19 is still a significant problem for all of us. With an incoming winter surge of COVID-19 and other airborne viruses, masks are greatly needed.
