We’re back and we’re talking about... Change. Are we ready for change?

The 4th quarter is really a time for us to revisit the goals we set at the beginning of the year, take inventory of what we’ve accomplished, and decide what we still want to accomplish for the year.

Questions To Ask Yourself in Q4:
• What do I need to make my fall a period of change and growth?
• What did you set out to do in 2024? Where did you want to grow? Are you growing there?
• What’s still important for me to accomplish? What do I need to kick to the 2024, even 2025 box?
• What support do I need to accomplish the goals that I have ahead of me? What do I really need to put around me? What kind of support do I need to grow?

Tune into Ready, Set, Grow With S. Tia Brown, as @stiabrown shares tips on how to set yourself up for success in your personal life in this final quarter of 2023.

Check out Ready, Set, Grow wherever you listen to podcasts! 🎧

You ever really want to do something and it happens—but not the way you expect? Been there. Doing that. I’ve wanted to have a talk show since I was 14 year old and, frankly, was devastated when that dream was delayed. But life does this thing called “moving on”, even when you bury your head in the sand. Still, if I say @dearyoungqueen network + @isthather came right on time I’d be selling you the fantasy. The truth is it came at a time when I wanted something but I was scared, uncertain and had dealt with a lot of disappointment. Doing TV and writing and interviewing celebs was easy to me. Offering life coaching and mental health services; I got that—I’ve been a “helper” all my life. This podcast world? Totally not something I expected to navigate…but it gave me a platform to do what I love most: talk and help others. And, luckily, I found a business partner who is truly inspiring! Today, I’m growing ya’ll. And I’m so, so, so excited to announce “Ready. Set. Grow! w/ S. Tia Brown”, a podcast focused on growing in all ways—mental health, relationships, personal finance and more. I call it the ultimate group therapy because we’re going to have tough/honest/fun convos about all the things that can help us grow. If you’re with it, and ready to be a Grower and show’er😜, join us! And.. shout out to my network @dearyoungqueen , my E.P. @isthather and my producer @patricecameau. I’m so happy to be aligned with amazing Black women who are committed to creating community for women to be happy, healthy and cayuttte!

Posted @withrepost • @rsg.therapy Parting ways with a partner is never easy. But when it comes to leaving an unhealthy relationship, it can feel even more difficult. That's because there tends to be other things going on, including issues with self-esteem, baggage from the past, and trauma. Therapy is a great space to help process those issues and feelings.
