💙LA STRONG x THE TOY FOUNDATION CREATING SPACES FOR CREATIVE PLAY💙

Today, The LA Strong Foundation with The Amazing Teams from The Toy Foundation and The Karsh Center worked together to refresh and transform the children’s play area at the Karsh Center at Wilshire Boulevard Temple in Los Angeles.

We’re proud to work alongside such committed community partners who believe that every child deserves a space to simply be a kid. 🧸❤️

Thank you to everyone who came together to make today possible.

This is what #AllForOneLA looks like.

Thanks to Andre and Jose and @lugg for your help today.

More to come!

These two incredibly strong women saw our story three years ago and came forward immediately.

Tomorrow, you’ll hear their stories.

Share his face.

More women need to come forward. 🙏

PLEASE #SHARE.

The full 30-minute @abc7la exposé will be in my bio tomorrow after it airs.

He just raised the bar…👇

We need more men like Noah Wyle.

In this interview with the RTC, he talks about s*xual v*olence not just being a women’s issue. It’s a man’s issue too.

Wyle says: “It’s every man’s responsibility to teach your children and be an ally whenever possible…”

Double tap ❤️ if this resonates with you.

This is an important conversation that men need to be part of, especially now in timing with the Cornell case.

Here are 3 things to know:

🤍 It starts at home. Teaching kids, especially boys — about consent, respecting boundaries, empathy, and accountability.

🤍 Men have a role to play. This isn’t only a women’s issue. Men can also speak up, advocate for women, challenge harmful behavior and help create safer spaces.

🤍 Silence isn’t support. When we stay silent, harmful attitudes and behaviors can become normalized. Speaking up matters.

❤️ Save this, repost and share it to help spread awareness.

Follow me for more support, to feel seen and stay informed from a writer, journalist and advocate. 🤍

I am saddened over the recent events at Cornell and the growing #IAmJaneDoe movement. I stand with Jane Doe, and I feel a tremendous responsibility to do something.

The WAIT Impact Program uses story to open honest conversations between young men and women about consent, sexual boundaries and prevention. Policies address what happens after an assault. WAIT asks how we can prevent it from happening in the first place.

Our campus campaign launches November 11 at Saint Mary’s College of California with a screening and student discussion. We applaud their commitment to protecting their students.

We need your help. If you have connections to colleges, Title IX offices, student organizations, fraternities or sororities, or can offer resources, time or financial support, please DM me or contact through my website - link in bio.

This has to stop. Together, I believe we can make a difference.

It was wonderful to see Noah Wyle at Sunday's Rape Treatment Center and Stuart House brunch, lending his voice to survivors and to the people who care for them.
The only acceptable level of violence against anyone is zero.
Our Lancet Commission on Violence against Women and Children will publish in early 2027, and I look forward to sharing the evidence we need to get to zero.

El único nivel aceptable de violencia contra cualquier persona es cero.

On Sunday I joined the Rape Treatment Center and Stuart House at UCLA Health Annual Brunch, and I'm still thinking about the students that shared their stories with such courage and clarity. Their words were a reminder of what it means to have somewhere safe to turn.
I'm deeply grateful that women have the Rape Treatment Center, and that children have Stuart House. Thank you, Paige Adams-Geller, for your leadership as chair of the RTC advisory board, and to the whole team for the care you give every day.
