PRE-SEASON GRIND 🏀💪

The season doesn’t start when the games start. It starts with the work you put in BEFORE the season.

⛰️ Hill Work
🦵 Lunges & Strength
↔️ Lateral Movement
🏀 Defensive Footwork
💪 Resistance Band Work
⚖️ Balance, Base & Stability

Consistency builds the foundation!!!

Show up. Put the work in. Build good habits.
Be ready before the season demands it.

UNDER THE RADAR TRAINING 🏀

Seaford JR GAVIN MAYWALD | 6'0 SG 🏀

Is coming into this season a different player.

A summer filled with work, growth, productive AAU season has prepared him for what’s next at Seaford High School.

This summer, the focus was shooting off the dribble. Already known for catch-and-shoot ability, we wanted to build on that skill set and make him a more complete scoring threat.

Getting comfortable handling, making reads, and getting to his spots. One of our Most Improved.

Decision-making.
Footwork.
Playing with purpose.

Some players are just getting reps. We make sure our players understand WHY.

Fit into any system. Impact every game.
Under The Radar Training Work To Stand Out.
