Excited to be sharing three sonic outcomes of work delivered with @artlinkhull learning groups over the summer on @rtm.fm 📻 The first 20 minute broadcast happens TODAY AT 3PM (‼️‼️) so tune in if you want to hear it live!

‘Some Radio Observations’ is built from field recordings and a live pirate FM broadcast made during a Streams workshop, @artlinkhull Artist Learning Programme. I’ve layered some of my own reading on top, to think about the kinds of fragmented observations that propel me in navigating the world. The title is adopted from Pauline Oliveros’ 1968 essay ‘Some Sound Observations’.

A big big thank you to @mattfratson for producing these workshops and inviting me in! ✨

🌬️ PREMIERE: ON THE WIND ARE ALL OUR VOICES

Tomorrow at 3PM, RTM.FM presents the premiere of On the Wind Are All Our Voices, a new work by Alex Stubbs @alexanderstubbss

A sonic wormhole filled with the clatter of workshop chaos.

Originally created through a series of workshops culminating in pirate radio broadcasts using micro-FM transmitters, these recordings are collected together as a series for the first time.

Harmonic and emotional differences reflect the distinct voices, experiments and acts of play spilling out from the speakers.

TRANSMEAD epVI @rtm.fm tonight at 7pm listen at RTm.FM 🌐 link in bio

This episode celebrates the error and failure as ways of discovering new possibilities in music and life. Emergency Loop compiles several experimental mixes made by DJ Broody and explores heavy repetition, deconstructed beats and a sense of unleashed control - allowing mistakes to override expectations, gifting listeners with unpredictable rhythms and transitions.

A shout out to Transmeaders- this Saturday 12 September from 7pm at @tracey_aint_coming_out there will be the first TRANSMEAD listening event in London! Featuring international guest @r3ywya coming straight away from Latvia 🇱🇻 + me and @dj.smellgood will be jamming together and a playlist with amazing ambient music from @barneyrosssmith

It is for free all welcome! Check link in bio for Hot Snakes Closing Party ✨🌸 at @tracey_aint_coming_out
