We loved today 🤌
A sunny 12km run on the canal via some culture at Frieze in Regent’s Park to @ruacoffeebar on Holloway Road ☀️🎨
Sculptures, sunshine and a breakfast burrito = good vibes!

We had the beef and the bean burrito— both huge and packed with tasty ingredients including a hash brown 🤤

On the expensive side at £14 and there was a bit of a wait, but absolutely worth it for a day like this!
9/10 🌯 Would run for again.

Where do ghouls drink their coffee?

It has to be @ruacoffeebar 🦖

Our Brazilian espresso is currently the house roast at Rua and many bags of our beans stock the shelves in their beautiful spot under the arches of Holloway Road. We headed down a couple weeks ago to celebrate the launch of our spooky season filter blend!

Not only do the team at Rua make an incredible selection of coffees and other delicious drinks (shoutout to the peach iced matcha), their baked goods and breakfast burritos are known across London. Head down there if you like a spot with high-quality coffee, a book exchange, enough space to sit and hang out comfortably, and more dinosaurs than you can count.

Whether you’re a ghoul, gremlin or goblin, @ruacoffeebar is the place to be.

WOMEN ARE FLOWERS 🌷

A day dedicated to women, creativity, connection and new beginnings.

On 26 September from 11am I’m opening the doors at @ohboyspace Tattoo Studio in London for Women Are Flowers a charity tattoo event created to bring women together and celebrate strength, growth and solidarity.

Choose a floral tattoo from the collection, with each design carrying its own meaning inspired by growth, transformation, resilience, blooming and fresh starts.

All tattoo proceeds will be donated to charity supporting women and children @refugecharity so every tattoo will help turn something personal and meaningful into an act of kindness.

Alongside the tattoos, there will be free creative and wellbeing activities throughout the day creating a space to meet other women slow down and enjoy the day together.
